Indeed. There's simply no getting away from this. No matter the rationalization employed, it has to be the one or the other. Someone who believes this cock-and-bull narrative is true, this narrative about God having killed infidels in the past and that He's about to do that all over again, they must of necessity either believe that their God is evil (or if not that then at the very least, that He is mistaken, misguided), or else they agree with, perhaps actively support (or if not that then at the very least, they acquiesce with) this mass killing. Continue the discussion of matter and energy. Matter, according to its properties, cannot create itself from the beginning. And it has to be something separate from matter to make it. Of course, we fully accept the causal relationship. But the perfect cause cannot be matter.

I already explained to you the answer to that in an earlier post (to which you again had no reply) ....

....why do you think "matter" (which at it's fundamental sub-atomic level is actually a set of interacting energy fields), must have what you call a "cause"?

What you are asking about is that same old philosophical question of "why is there something, rather than nothing?" But the answer to that is that "Nothing" is not possible! ... i.e. truly "nothing at all" is not something that could have any existence - what do you think "nothing" would look like? ... what could "nothing" (ie literally "No Thing") ever actually be??

.... instead the most likely explanation is that the energy fields of our universe must always exist. They do not not need to be created by anyone or by any thing ... they simply exist because actual non-existence is not a possible state for anything.

Those various energy fields can change by interacting with one another. And that interaction can cancel the overall effect of all the fields to zero overall effect ... but the individual energy fields still exist even though their effects (eg in magnitude and direction) are being momentarily cancelled out. But as explained in my earlier post; eventually the interaction between those fields leads to what we now call the Big Bang, i.e. just the conversion of that energy to a different form that we call "particles of matter" such as electrons, positrons, neutrinos etc.

But the point is that you cannot actually get rid of those energy fields ... you can only convert them into different types of energetic fields (inc. what we experience as solid "matter" … where now, 13.8 billion years after the Big Bang, that includes all the objects that we can see and touch all around us, and indeed also includes ourselves as human animals and all other living things too … it's all composed of the products from those same energy-field interactions).
