I would say that Roscoe is complicit in the false-quote conspiracy. Bill Smith actually perpetrated it - that's our MIHOP scenario - whereas Roscoe tried to help with the cover-up once he realized what had happened. That's LIHOP.

Interesting how roscoe ignores that his insinuation of a bin Laden - CIA connection is not supported by the source he gave. I've looked through the whole book on scribd with a multitude of search terms and spelling variations and found nothing.

Not 100% sure but I'd say that it's a Pakistan paratrooper uniform. So I imagine the initial supplier for that uniform would be the Pakistan military. As to it being Bin Laden in the photo, well if Bin Laden is 6'4" then Zbigniew Brzezinski would have to be a similar height.
