Okay, since no one else will do it, I will defend Kathy. I believe that Kathy has good intentions and that she does not intend her words to cause grief or resentment. The problem is, they are not her words. I know she has been conditioned to say all the things she is saying. I know this because I have heard practically every word she has spoken, verbatim, from another source. They tell you in church that these are the things to say, and when you use them on church people, they are almost sure-fire winners. She is not prepared for an audience like this.
The trained proselytizers know what to do in a case like this and when to back off, but she is not trained and when she sees something isn't working, she has no "plan B" to fall back on, so she just does the same thing, only harder.
It is a natural human trait for people to try to share something that makes them so very happy. Frankly, I'd love to share my atheism with some Christians and have them understand the folly of their ways. (Be honest, some of you would too), but I have learned that my way is not everyone's way, and the worst possible way to share is to come on too strong. I think Kathy is learning this, but it will take a while for her to understand fully. She seems genuinely sorry that she has offended people, but she simply doesn't know how not to. This is what she was taught and this is what she does. I understand her feelings, brusque and unpolished though they are.
And Kathy, I'm sorry if this has insulted you, but I'm telling you the truth as straightly as I can. If you want people to hear you, the first thing you need to do is learn how to listen. Right now, you're not doing that very well. You're not showing compassion or understanding. You sound like you are reading from a script. We've seen that movie before, and we don't like the ending.

The provision you cited is essentially a disclaimer, not a limitation on or dispensation of the obligation of each poster to observe the guidelines.
She was warned repeatedly on her own forum about us. She was explicitly told that it would not be a good idea for her to try to convert us.
The rest of your post I agree with 100%.
I'd say this doesn't logically follow as intelligence and, in this particular case, I'm not interested in your prose.
That was a polite invitation to explain the inference underlying the passage I cited and the terminology you used. Your disinterest in explaining such things, one supposes, speaks for itself. No one cares how interested you are in anyone's prose.

Warned and prepared are not the same thing. I worked a short time in far northern Alaska. I was warned it would be cold. I was told horror stories. I got all the right clothing. I still wasn't prepared. Only experience prepares you for some things.

I apologize if my concern for clarity in reasoning and expression strikes you as excessive, but most people place a premium on such things here in the R&P forum. At any rate, I take you to mean that you will not address such questions. I don't find it unusual for someone to make comments or queries with regard to posts specifically addressed to another poster; it obviously happens all the time. Most people are prepared to field such things.

There are many writings by physicists and doctors, lawyers, biologists, that have written scores of works that you wont even look at, links to tons of paper work but you won't even have a read of it, or if you do, you won't read much of it.
There are many stories of angelic interventions for man.
You take things out of the Bible and misinterpret what the true meaning is.
You are a cult onto your self ,{skeptic atheists} and feel that you can save yourselves with knowledge through science but you can't find all truths, not with out God. You cannot get to him with out his son Jesus.
He, God, is the greatest scientist ever.
You can't give him anything that will impress him in any aspect of knowledge he already has.

The whole premise is that there is a battle going on, the principalities of good and evil. In a war people die, demons die, get over it. You can't question God and you can't ask him to prove himself, it's his plan, when he does he will.
The people that he killed were hybrids and pure evil.
