The Freeman Movement and England

He talks the talk, you can't expect him to walk the walk as well. I hear the Scrubs is very nice at this time of year.

Not really your business, is it ?

So you aren't employed, either. And therefore all your assertions about not paying council tax or all the rest of that rubbish are made from the safe harbour of indigence; of course you don't pay any taxes, you don't do any work and, more importantly, don't have any income.

It seems that being a Freeman-on-the-Land is really about being broke and having nothing. This path is not appealing to me, sorry.

Well, it is "Freeman on the land", not "Freeman in a house", after all.

I'm going to start calling it BMOTL. Brokeman on the land. "BM" for short, which serves nicely as a sum-up of the whole... well, movement.

After reading the last couple of pages and trying to get the gist of the FOTL "philosophy" I've started to wonder: If I, as a taxpayer, own (partially) the public roads can I refuse to "contract" with the FOTL, non-taxpayers so they can't use the roads that I, not they, pay for?

Anything like this D'rok?

Per that philosophy, indeed you could. And in fact, the owners of those roads have done just that, by passing laws that require you to have a drivers' license, registration, and insurance to use those roads. :)

The FMOTLers always seem to conveniently ignore the aspect of "non-consent" when it works against them, though...

Come on, Especially I'm in England too.

Surely you aren't going to let all of our friends from America and Canada think you've been telling porkies, are you?

Are you up for a challenge?

I think we broke him.

ETA: He just vanished from his other rubbish thread, too. Possibly he's been caught up late on the Internet and his mum's told him to go to bed.

What we really, really need are lots of Freemasons, Knights of Columbus, and college fraternities infesting every pore of our society. Oath taking morons of state. And less talk of civil liberties. Our great freedoms are not under attack from morons. And nobody has any reason to be suspicious of the rise of the information state.

They hate our freedoms. So we love the surveillance state and the buffoons of the corporate newschannels, the corporate bankers, the corporate politicians, the corporate police forces and the 'laws' which are only statutes.

Chocolate rations are about to be increased. National Hate Week is almost over. And what we really, really need is a big brother globalised police state. Criticised by nobody.

In my opinion the Chemtrails, mass vaccinations, Codex Alimentarius, the war on error, the trashing of the Rights and freedoms of individuals are a small price for us to pay for our great 'freedoms'.

Oh, how I love NEW LAWS. New revenue collecting agents. And a dumbing down surveillance state.

I am, as you see, a model citizen of the 4th Reich. The NWO. And these Common Law people are only making fools of us.

Somebody is. Try the mirror.

This mentality absolutely puzzles me. Going to jail can only not be seen as a 'defeat' if jail is an improvement over your current conditions. Given how many FOTLers are on welfare and being evicted, this is possibly a true statement, but wouldn't it seem better to find a course of action that involved getting off welfare and having a place to live that WASN'T jail? I mean, jail isn't all that fun a place...

If you are really committed to a cause, martyrdom can be considered a victory if it creates a groundswell of public support.

Didn't happen here of course but I agree with the idea that "Jail is not defeat." Worked for MLK after all.

D'rok,

Please never change. We need you as a smokescreen to cover our exodus from the nonsense.

Just keep signing up for more of the same. Keep your masters happy. Pay and pay again. Be a model citizen of the new globalised utopia. And never stop to question the slave state.

Actually both the state and the Federal governments send me money and I also get a check from a evil corporation so I think the system is just fine.

Especially is notwattyler on TPUC.
He believes courts consider us as Roman citizens.

http://www.tpuc.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=12838&hilit=roman

Just noticed this. Ironically, English common law does have some of its roots in Roman law. Among other things, it's why we have so many Latin terms still to this day. So, this little grain of truth gets polished into the diamond of stupidity by the TPUC crowd. Yet more evidence that they have no idea what the common law is, and the enemy they imagine they are fighting (in this case, cast as Roman), is really the actual common law. And, of course, statutes are in many cases merely codifications of the common law (especially statutes like the Criminal Code of Canada). What a muddled mess.

Remirol can't answer the question on the other thread (of whether the Earth is rotating west to east at 1,000 mph during the time of the two flights). LOL.

Maybe he will answer.

As for his questions on my own private business they're my private business. Not so difficult to understand, is it ?

Probably more than you, in some specialised areas.

Yes, it's quite likely that his sheer disbelief at encountering someone so ignorant and stupid might cause him to choose his words inappropriately to the situation at hand.

Dave

This looks like a rerun of phrasing Dick Olivers' words by Jam.

Sure you do. And that's all it takes to make you happy with them. You've arrived at utopia. Rendering unto Caesar, right ?
