OK, I did and my link tells me that following FOTL doctrine will leave me broke and in jail. My link says this is a bad thing since jail and freedom are widely held to be incompatible.
 
How complex does this "contracting" thing go? If someone wants to walk across my property but I refuse to contract with them, can they refuse to contract with my refusal? Are we all at a perpetual stalemate until someone caves?

Well Romans used to gut animals and inspect the heart in order to see if the auspices were right and since we're Roman citizens then maybe "heart" was the right answer.:covereyes :duck:

Regarding disputes, you make a youtube video outlining the position of both parties, for and on the record but with all their conman er..common law rights intact and the freemen vote either way.

Yeah, right, and 2,000 years later you want to follow them, right ? Why not ask for permission to carry out a lawful activity ? They will grant you a licence after you kindly request to get one from them.

So all of society becomes a pure democracy with the "people" voting on the best of all possible options for every little dispute?

You need licences and permits to do what is already lawful ? Great. Try freedom and use the space between your ears. That will make you a good law-abiding citizen.

Unless you prefer to be a slave, of course. In which case you must make applications to do what is already lawful !! How ridiculous does it get ? If you need a licence to cross the road would you apply for one also ? How about a permit to post on a forum ? LOL
