The highway is defined by statute as everything outside your driveway. As has been pointed out to you already. This is not unjust, as everything outside your driveway has been publicly subsidized by the taxes that you lot want to avoid.

Of course not. He edited that out of the video. But there is also no evidence that Josh was let go without a ticket. And there is evidence that he has, in fact, received tickets for precisely the offense you claim he hasn't.

So lets focus on what we do know: "Once you go on the highway, you'll have to have insurance."

And a driver's license, and a valid registration. Or you'll get ticketed, fined, and sent to jail if you don't pay the fine.

That's reality. Sorry if you don't like it, but you have to live here same as the rest of us. Unless you'd like to provide some evidence of anyone successfully actually driving without insurance, a license, and registration, and being explicitly let go. Josh couldn't do that, see. He edited out the parts where he was driving, and he edited out the parts where he was (supposedly) let go. But we do have evidence of him being given tickets, and he claims he won't show for court. As we can see from the evidence in the other examples, what will happen is that the case will be proved in his absence and he will be fined and possibly arrested for contempt.

FOTL reality == go to jail.

You're right. I did miss that post. Given that Josh is in serious legal trouble over his "travels", are you really going to argue that "highway" doesn't mean precisely what it is defined to mean in the Act?

Why should anyone 'submit' an application to use the highway when, in fact, the Common Law recognises the right of everyone to travel without being stopped (unless they are suspected of committing a crime) ? So says the law.

Furthermore, I need no 'permit' from anyone to exercise my rights in law. If you wish to beg for them by application forms, permits, licences etc. that's your business. Go right ahead.

But let me leave here with this simple fact. Licences are granted ONLY for lawful activities. Think about it. Have you done so ? It is lawful to do any kind of business that is already lawful. By definition. I serve notice of that fact if I am doing something which is already lawful. I do not need anyone to licence what is already lawful. If you do, great ! You pay and I don't. Who is free and who is not ?

Welcome to reality.

The difference is simple. Some know the law and their own rights in law. Others are subject to every statute under the sun. What is lawful and what is legal are two very different things. Know the Common Law and stop being a slave of the system.

I wanted to make mention of his performance here, as at one point he is bringing up this forum (He didn't call it by name, but I'm pretty sure he meant this one). So when do you plan to post a video of you driving without a license, without insurance, and in an unregistered vehicle, being pulled over by the police, and being explicitly let go because you need no permit to do it?

I look forward to any evidence you may provide that supports your assertion. However, there is a great deal of evidence available that shows that if you perform the above actions in the above-stated manner, that you will be ticketed, fined, and sent to jail if you do not pay the fine.

It seems that the reality, no matter how much you wish to live in a fantasy world, is that following FOTL principles leads to jail time. You are welcome to demonstrate otherwise.
