Can you imagine the laugh the lawyers must have reading this stuff? According to FOTL woo you have to let the court know that your all in on their "admiralty" game by always separating your strawman vessel from your on-dry-land person. The result, of course, is hilarious FOTL legal affidavits like the above.

They should rethink that Admiralty gambit after all the basis of the Royal Navy was famously described as "Rum, Sodomy and the Lash"

girlgye, who started this thread has talked herself into jail several times. Her latest post on the thread is probably one of the better examples of word salad I have seen in a long time. But from what I can gather from it, she almost talked him into jail. Some friend!

In a few thousand badly chosen and meandering words, her response can be summed up as "He stopped paying the Mortgage and was evicted".
Yeah, girlgye seems to be the main FOTL woo on those boards. Shes the one whose shenanigans we analyzed here when she got herself thrown into jail for contempt of court for pulling FOTL woo and the judge got tired of it.

You notice in her explanation of events how she carefully followed every single fake FOTL woo form and concept. And it still didn't work. I just don't understand people like this - and its a common trait to all woos - when you practice the woo you believe in perfectly, and it fails every single time, they never stop to consider that the woo is wrong. In the case of FOTL woo, even though every fake legal form and concept they try fails in a spectacular manner, they always claim its because the courts didn't know the law - its never because FOTL woo is made up on laws that don't exist.

I thought the name was familiar. Just stumbled upon this old thread: http://www.internationalskeptics.com/forums/showthread.php?postid=1715427#post1715427

Wow. I drive past a Moorish temple sometimes, and I see the guys in the fez hats. Is FOTL woo one of their tenets, or is this case in New Jersey a coincidence? The name of their jurisdiction sounds Moorish, and the youtubes refer to him as a "moor."

Well, if it is the same person, she seems to have become much less literate in the last 3 years, if the David Icke forum posts are anything to go by.

Mmm, it's not that common a surname, and what's the chances of two raving woos having the same name?

Why am I not surprised that a homoeopath would fall for something like FOTL...?

Rolfe.

Upon completion of his examination, my Solar Vessel was then forced into the back of a Vessel or conveyance bearing the Corporate Name "NEW JERSEY STATE POLICE", and trafficked to a fixture being administered by the Defendant the NEW JERSEY STATE POLICE: domiciled within the Shecabee Principality in the Zankikan Territory, of the Samal Shariq Abeka Region; Samal Marika."

Umm... wasn't he in New Jersey? WTH is this supposed to mean?

My bet is that he's translated the place names into pidgin Moroccan. Note the similarity between "Samal Marika" (MAR-I-KA) and "America" (MER-I-CA).

I bet twenty-three zillion Monopoly dollars that "Samal Shariq Abeka Region" ends up meaning "New Jersey." But I'm not really interested enough to fly to Marakesh to check.

"Moorish" has become a political term of art among some groups of African-Americans that are trying to reclaim lost cultures and reject the dominant Anglo-American culture. Think "Moor" in the "Othello, the Moor of Venice" sense.

I googled it and came up with a myspace page. I wonder if it's his:

The "companies" listed are... interesting.

ETA: Oh and... http://nj.findacase.com/research/wf...ac.\FDCT\DNJ\2009\20090730_0001478.DNJ.htm/qx
Maybe someone who reads legalese can go through it. The conclusion:

For the foregoing reasons all above-captioned actions will be administratively terminated, although some of these actions will be terminated with leave to reopen, subject to certain limitations detailed in the Order attached hereto.

doesn't sound like it went well for them.

According to the same judgment, the society's MySpace page "clarifies that the Marrakush Society is located in "Marankokush Principality, Timbuctoo Territory, Samal Shariq, MA," a non-existing geographic designation." The judgment further notes that "While the words used in this geographic designation mostly have no meaning, the word "Timbuctoo" is an actual geographic destination. However, it has no relation to the State of Massachusetts; rather, it is a community in Yuba County, California. The Court cannot rule out the possibility that the authors of the webpage were hoping to make a reference to "Timbuktu," a city in Tombouctou Region in the West African nation of Mali, which is the site of Sankore Mosque, an Islamic pyramidal structure vaguely resembling, in its shape, the image utilized by the Marrakush Society as its logo."

Whoever they are, that's one confused person: A Native-American Muslim who co-opts random African symbolism and fake Arabic designations whenever it suits him.

The aboriginal law firm seems to have been replaced by the much grander Aboriginal Law Institute, which appears to be a hang-out for loonies with a penchant for romanticising someone else's culture, and an Africanised FOTL scam for good measure.

More "proof" of FOTL working posted on Icke's today:

It is under the Thread Title: Video Proof freeman is NOT ********.

(I cannot include the URL as I am prevented until I have made fifteen posts)

It is a good read and an insight how freemen will readily accept anything that is offered if it suits their agenda.
A video is shown made by a motorist in Canada whilst being questioned by the police regarding his number plates, no driver's licence or insurance. Even though whilst the police are talking to him the camera cuts out and we never see the conclusion, the majority on Icke's claim this as 100% proof that FOTL works and that the police had no powers and had to let the motorist go. Some disagree and the predictable name calling begins.

EDIT I see the thread title is censored on here. Oh well, use your imagination.

hope they're not like Africanised bees.
I don't know: they're not too bright, they swarm to defend their territory, and they seem to be spreading uncontrollably. :runaway

On the other hand they are confined to small tight-knit groups of idiots and you can probably run faster than they can fly.

I signed up at the Ickes site and posted a few threads with links from this thread. They were removed double quick.

That's up the road from me!

I hope they're not in that area. Enough crackpots in this neck of the woods. :boxedin:

Yes, I noticed that it was only black dudes at the Moorish temple. Honestly, I noticed them because they looked so cool.

I just watched those two New Jersey cases and that was amazing. These guys are seriously delusional. "I am not a part of society....I want the name and nationality of everyone in here! You are attempting to force business upon me. For the record."

Weird.
