Especially,

I am interested in how your Freeman status affects your day to day life.

Is it something like this?

Am I mistaken or is that Rob Menard?

Sounds like his reasoning and looks like his Icke avatar.

edit: Didn't realize the intended video extends into another sketch, sorry.

... your bill of rights must be different from the bill of rights i am reading, especially

And thereupon their Majesties were pleased that the said Lords Spiritual and Temporal and Commons, being the two Houses of Parliament, should continue to sit, and with their Majesties' royal concurrence make effectual provision for the settlement of the religion, laws and liberties of this kingdom, so that the same for the future might not be in danger again of being subverted, to which the said Lords Spiritual and Temporal and Commons did agree, and proceed to act accordingly.

Maybe you should read it before talking about what it says?http://avalon.law.yale.edu/17th_century/england.asp

Magellan,

Try something new. Throw away the legal industry and get to the law. To the Common Law. NOT 'English Common Law' (which underpins the legal system of every state of the USA) but the Common Law. You do know the difference between legal and lawful, don't you ? You do know what the Golden Rule is, don't you ? I mean, sorry, but your 'education' may need a little help.

Try the first 3 minutes or so of this - you might learn something

But, if not, just join the oath-swearing, fraternal takeover squad.

Regards

Why are posts on this forum always being edited/deleted/changed by its moderators ? What are they afraid of ? Are they control freaks ?

A Statute is proved to be unlawful when it is challenged in a court of law, under the law of this land, and found to contradict the law of this land. The judge of the court decides it. Since judges (and not politicians) are there to decide on matters of law. That is what judges are for.

The Parliament is then forced to repeal the Statute. This happened recently in the UK with a police policy of stopping and searching people. Which was proved to be UNLAWFUL. The Statute had to be repealed on that. Because the Statute was UNLAWFUL. Again, going to war with Iraq was UNLAWFUL. That is why its legality was challenged. And so on.

Statutes are SUBJECT TO THE LAW OF THIS LAND. They are NOT the Law of this land. They receive only the 'force' of law. With the consent of the governed. And the governed have the power of consent, under the law of this land. THAT IS REALITY.

OK ?

Actually, it was an EU court that found that section 44 of the Terrorism act 2000 ('stop and search') contravened European human rights legislation. The act hasn't been repealed at all. The judgment is, as far as I am aware, still subject to appeal.

The war with Iraq was voted on by the House of Commons, which supported the decision. The legality of the war has been challenged by some in respect to international law. Personally, if the elected Parliament of this country takes a decision so central to the national interest as military action, then I believe that should take precedence over the pronouncements of the UN, but there we are, that's just my opinion.

Have you forgotten where you're supposed to be from again?

Which part of "last edited by Katopale" (the original poster, who is not a moderator) don't you get?

You are allowed to edit your own posts for a couple of hours after you submit them, to correct minor errors, or fix the spelling, or add an afterthought. It's good form to explain that you;ve done this if it might cause a misunderstanding though.

You will find the edit button at the bottom of your own posts.

Rolfe.

Because the posts are violating the rules you consented to when you signed up here.

Nice to see you completely violating a fundamental tenet of you own philosophy.

It's either in your soul or it's not. It's also between your two ears.

But don't bother. Just go back to the ball game.

Show us this Common Law. Show us where it is written down. Tell us when it was written down and by who. Tell us why it never works in court.

Ah, I see. It's the Council of Europe is it?

Not to be confused with the European Council. . . . . ;)

Would you folks just go ahead and get a nice, simple Dictatorship already? We can't keep all this nonsense straight!

Show us this Common Law. Show us where it is written down. Tell us when it was written down and by who. Tell us why it never works in court. Come on, Especially. I'm not asking you to do anything difficult like claim an $8 million bond. All you have to do is show us the law. Why is that a problem for you?
