So it was a non sequitur. Knowing a few or even a lot of facts about astronomy does not make one knowledgeable about how and when to apply the scientific method.
That is very true because I am not an astronomer and I don't work for NASA and I am not a scientist, I am only gleaning the information.Reminds me of the game show, Jeopardy, were many people think someone is smart because they know a lot of facts, but that doesn’t mean they know how to apply those facts.

What does science have to do with this imaginary place called hell? You might as well apply science to Narnia or Middle Earth.
Hell is a ripoff of Tartarus. Tartarus is a pagan place of punishment underground. Tartarus is even in the bible somewhere.

The same thing you are not a Christian and have not taken it one step further to see if it is true beyond what is known.
Well some one said I know nothing about it because I believe in God which is pure horse pucky.

No one here is trying to get you to believe in God.
Being a christian has nothing to do with it, all religions talk like that, nothing new and tells us nothing. "Truth beyond what is known" That's nice but it is only what you what it to be and nothing useful comes from it, and science doesn't work like that and that is why it works.

I've spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out how to read this and not label you a liar. So far I am unsuccessful. Would you like to retract, modify, or clarify the statement? Can you explain it as it stands?
Yes. That is horse pucky. Can you show us where this statement was made?
But you do know nothing about science. You've proved that time and time again.
Oh damn, Here ya go.
I forgot about you, you, what ever you is!
