Penultimate Amazing
With some, a perceived win is a win. It's all about Pwning your opponent, not being right. My 8 year old does that; it's what children do.
I suspect there's something far more complicated going on here.

Where did you get the silly idea that covert, black budget programs have to be accounted for? Are you honestly under the impression that there is a government bean counter out there tracking every single dollar of U.S. government money?
Surely you jest.
SHC said:Here is what I believe to be the case with regard to Al-Qaeda:
- The U.S. and/or the Israeli government secretly supported and funded the creation and ongoing maintenance of Al-Qaeda.
- The U.S. and/or the Israeli government monitored Al-Qaeda and knew of their 9/11 plans in advance.
- The U.S. and/or the Israeli government intended for the attacks to occur.
- The U.S. government allowed the attacks to happen.
- The U.S. government engaged in a cover-up which all but assured that the 9/11 Commission would fail and result in a whitewashing.
- Al-Qaeda couldn't have functionally existed without U.S. government acquiescence, therefore, ultimate responsibility for the 9/11 and other attacks rests with the U.S. government.

Yeah, but you should be used to that by now. After all, you swallowed everything the U.S. government asserted about Al-Qaeda and 9/11 and accepted whatever evidence they thought you should see without questioning it.
So why start now?
No, I'm dead serious. I understand (as well most of the people on the forums by now) that you have never worked a day in your life but in the real world, when money goes missing in any organization (like, for examples the [insert agency here]) it's suspicious.
But like I also said, it's usually simple thievery rather than some grand conspiracy.
Who said anything about "missing" money?
SHC said:A large portion of the money diverted to an agency like the CIA, which conducts top secret, covert operations, is not 100% tracked and accounted for, hence the term, "black budget".
SHC said:If all the money allocated to the CIA were tracked and audited by other government agencies, then nothing the CIA could do would truly be top secret or covert.
Perhaps, but personally I don't see anything too sophisticated or surprising about SHC's approach.
You didn't grow up in the sixties like some of us? Did you child?Who knows? There's a lot of cognitive dissonance out there. Nobody really wants to believe they live under a government that would murder or have them murdered in cold blood to start a war of aggression. Instead, they'd rather believe that their government is fair, just, honest, and working in their best interests.
This prevents people from looking at the 9/11 event and aftermath objectively.
It's a combination of several factors. A lot of people are yes, brainwashed. A lot of people are hamstrung by their own biases. A lot of people can't overcome their cognitive dissonance. A lot of people suffer from Stockholm syndrome. A lot of people work for or are dependent on the government and are incapable of biting the hand that feeds them.
My Mafia analogy is 100% unassailable because it's simply true.

Me, I think "the government" took his lunch money.Oh no, clearly SHC is a sophistication free zone. However, the whole need to be a victor and his anti government paranoia I think have an interesting back story. This online world he's created where he always wins and is always in charge speaks volumes about what that back story might be.

How is it in anyone's best interest to live under a murderous government?
they didn't desire to believe it, but they simply believed it and were politically active. You however, are a classic slacktivist,No, why? Were there people back then who truly wanted to believe they lived under a murderous government, as opposed to simply just believing it?
If so, who would anybody want to believe such a thing? How is it in anyone's best interest to live under a murderous government?
Go to google.com, click on "News" at the top of the page, type "Syria" and then hit "enter".
That is what a murderous government looks like.
they didn't desire to believe it, but they simply believed it...
apparently you don't understand your own posts. In other words, you didn't comprehend my post before responding to it?
I figured as much.

How many people has the Syrian government murdered compared to the U.S. government? How many innocent civilians have died in Iraq and Afghanistan since the phony "War on Terror" began?
I doubt the Syrian government could carry the U.S. government's jock strap in the murdering department.
Syrian American Foundation said:To date (Oct 2011), Al-Assad’s crackdown, against the unarmed protestors, claimed the lives of 4000+ people, and injured 30000+. It has also imprisoned 40,000+ and left 50,000+ refugees, primarily in Turkey. A number of mass graves have been discovered, which suggests even higher numbers.
