WTF? I don't get the big deal. Perhaps it's because I have the "pleasure" of seeing this type of exchange from my 23 year old sister-in-law with whomever she happens to be pissed off at. Willow is a 16 year old who is probably constantly taking crap from other people about her family. Nothing she stated was particularly offensive when considering she's SIXTEEN.
