We swamped the food options because we were there at the same time as the BMX, golf, and martial arts groups.
And there was a big bowling tournament also. I saw lots of people with bowling balls getting on and off the hotel elevators. It seems that there is room to grow in the future if more resources could be reserved for TAM. The South Point's dilemma would be utilization of facilities that TAM doesn't require, like the bowling alley, equestrian center, and exhibit hall.
There is a regular arena (http://www.southpointeventscenter.com/arena.php) that TAM could expand into, but I think that would make TAM feel more like a rock concert than a conference. A conference doesn't seem complete without gaudy hotel carpet and draped tables.
