TAM 9 Wishlist

Some of the folks on my TAM9 wish list not previously mentioned…

- Stephen Fry would be, well, amazing.
- Fewer panels. I was actually really looking forward to those, and they were the most disappointing part for me. Much more focus from individuals.
- Perhaps consider the TEDtalk 20 minute thing. Perhaps a tight TED20+10QA.
- More Moon Hoaxer and Healer guy types... although I don't know how you'd manage that. But boy did they bring a little life to the party. You could almost hear gears grinding when it started to become obvious that something non-standard was developing in real time...
- I thought SouthPoint was fine. I'd think the Orleans would be equally adequate. If we can move TAM to immediately prior to or post MAGIC LIVE! then I would be in heaven (well, not *heaven* per se.... but you get the idea.)
- Next year I am committed to joining Skeptics in the Tub. A fine idea that I didn't hear about until after I had other evening plans.

I was so annoyed at myself after that, for not standing up and heckling with the line "Don't be a dick". ;)

(I would have ended this post with the "Sent from my Droid Incredible..." line, but this wasn't sent from there. I used a normal PC for this post. I suppose I could have faked it, but I don't like doing anything fake. Besides, if anyone is tracking the IP addresses of posts, they will find out I was lying. But, rest assured: Any post that I DO send from my Droid Incredible will have that signature on it. Though, it is also possible that I might change or reword it in the future, if I ever feel like it. Therefore there should, theoretically, be fewer typos in this post, than what would be found from a mobile one.)
