Um, actually it was a cloven hoof cull, so different cattle species in the UK, from the humanoid cattle culling idea that you seemed to have for the USA. Well I hesitate to criticise your plan, but it does not sound like a good idea. As I understand it the critters to be culled in question would be reasonably well armed and quite dangerous. When you send in your culling personnel, they would each have to be in one of those "full containment hazard material outfits" which will make them pretty slow on their feet at catching the potentially diseased critters to be culled. May I suggest that a far cleaner and simpler method would be simply to spray a nerve gas chemical weapon like VX from the air (only 0.01mg of VX kills), "Chemtrails" on steroids so-to-speak! Either that, or use the neutron bombs, which cause no residual radiation damage or destroy the valuable capital assets that are left behind, by the departed former owners. Actually the whole of Mexico (and Canada) could be 100% depopulated and cleansed, which would give the USA "new frontiers" to expand into at a later date. An NAU without any foreigners!
