You have repeated your reasons why the earth can't be a spinning ball enough times, they must be true by now. It is time to educate us on the wonders of the real world, we all want to know about the flat earth.

What keeps the atmosphere over the flat earth?
What makes everything fall downward?
What holds the sun in its circular path?

Those three should be good for now.

Also why has no church group spent some of the money they scammed from the masses and funded an expedition? Why don't flat earthers go to the ice wall and bring back evidence of this massive conspiracy?

The techniques Daniel uses are interesting to learn when dealing with non-troll CT's though.

One of his main methods, apart from massive amounts of random numbers and pictures without any attempt to listen to the counter arguments is to abandon anything that he posted when he truly cannot counter it.

For instance, when it was pointed out that according to his model of air friction it would be impossible to throw a ball forward in a moving train is to simply abandon it.
The same with the air / water on a flat earth staying on.

Not to mention that the shortest way to get from one coast to another on Antarctica is by flying over the continent, which has been done numerous times, which in the flat earth model is impossible.

And of course the massive amount of contempt in his language to anyone disagreeing.
All in all, a nice and simple practice thread for anyone wanting to counter a CT'er with a more serious attitude that actually made an effort to research his/her own materials.

You already posted several images of Earth taken by Apollo that show the whole Earth.

This shrill demand gets trotted out by FEBS/anti-science/anti-Apollo nutjobs on a regular basis, and usually they don't have the wit to realise that if you only see half, or a quarter, or any other fraction of the Earth lit up the rest of it is actually there - it's just not lit by the sun, which is a long way away.

Why not find one of those photographs showing, for example, a quarter Earth, and explain to us why the terminator is curved?

Oh, and you don't get to decide which photographs are and are not acceptable - a composite image is still an image. Since when did you get to dictate that they aren't allowed?

Correct. First you asked how the high temperature in a high layer didn't fry space vehicles. Answer: Lack of conduction due to low density.

Then you asked why sunlight doesn't fry them. Answer: Reflection, and re-radiation of excess heat.

I have flown Toronto to Hong Kong a few times. The routing is either "over the Pole" or over the Pacific depending on the high level winds. For some reason, no matter which direction is taken, the flights last exactly the same time.
