Merged Sean “Diddy” Combs - sex trafficker?

Apparently every democrat politician and liberal celebrity that has ever endorsed a Democrat is going to be arrested and thrown in jail when his tapes are revealed.
Of course none of the Republican politicians or celebrities are going to be in any kind of trouble.

Plus, ignore the fact that he was a big Magat and Trump supporter.

Woman accuses Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and bodyguard of drugging and assaulting her in 2001 and filming it

Thalia Graves alleged that she met Combs when she was 25 through her boyfriend, who worked at Combs’ record label Bad Boy. Around the summer of 2001, while in a vehicle with Combs and Joseph Sherman, his bodyguard and head of security, she accepted his offer of a glass of wine and began to feel “lightheaded, dizzy and physically weak,”the lawsuit states.

She lost consciousness and later awoke naked in a studio in Manhattan with her hands tied behind her back, the lawsuit states. Combs came into the room and raped her, and he smashed her head into a pool table as she tried to resist, according to the lawsuit. Sherman sexually assaulted her as she came in and out of consciousness, the lawsuit states.

At a news conference Tuesday alongside attorney Gloria Allred, Graves spoke through tears about how the alleged assault had damaged her physically and emotionally.

KiraTV did a good roundup of the Diddy stories about 6 months ago. Some that go back to the 90s like the well known one that he ordered the shooting of Tupac.

Reports are that the police confiscated *checks notes* 1,000 bottles of baby oil and *squints hard, double checking notes again* 748 dildos, among the other evidence including multiple videos of people engaged in sex acts. He is said to have flown in sex workers from all over to co-star in his home movies. Mr Combs appears to be looking at *putting on sunglasses* much more hard time

Hm. If you had 748 baseball bats that you used to repeatedly beat multiple trafficked and drugged women and recorded it, do you think the police might have a charge for something along the lines of "possession of a weapon for intentionally unlawful purposes"? Maybe even if you occasionally played softball on the weekends with some of them?
 
If bought for the purposes of commiting crimes, I'm pretty sure it could. I know for a fact in my fair state that you can be charged with possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, and it stands independent of whether it was otherwise legal to own or not.

Eta: the charge would not be possession of baby oil. It would be possession of paraphernalia intentionally used in the commision of sex crimes.

The accoutrements might turn out to be evidence of ownership if they were seen in videos of illegal acts.

Too deep? Really? I guess you think I was reading out of Black's Law or something. With some I guess amazing acumen, ii found this by googling in about a second and a half:

"A person can be charged with possessing an instrument of crime if they:

Have direct physical control of the item
Intend to use the item for criminal activity
The item cannot be used lawfully in the circumstances "

Pretty sure that raping drugged women would make them.considered not being able to use them.lawfully in the circumstances.

I strongly suspect it's the raping drugged women that will concern the court most. The ludicrous volume of sexual paraphernalia is just good for headlines. Without the drugging, raping and sexual assault, owning hundreds of sex toys is just an eccentricity.
