Yes, it’s so like the little narcissistic boy trying to cover the lies he told his hypercritical daddy with more lies.

Many personality problems are resolved with love, care, therapy and sometimes simply with maturity. But it would seem that in this case the subject has resisted treatment and still behaves very much as a child.

Wait - if someone feels like they have been compelled into an action due to a legal order...but in reality the legal order is fake and was never authorized...isnt that in and of itself against the law?

By the way, I know its probably an annoyance for the JREFers involved, but we all know Rob will go no where with this and then proclaim it a victory to his crackhead followers. Still, its definitely entertaining to watch him fail...again. And in such an epic fashion.

Ah, Eldon. What is he up to these days? I haven't heard anything from him is a while and a quick search doesn't show much beyond his usual posturing.

He’s old. He claims failing health. Tried to give away his web site . . .had no takers.

Lost his companion a couple of years ago and has had to relocate to Merritt, I think it is.

I doubt he actually has any, its not the first time the smelly fez has been passed around, he did claim for his stolen laptop which miraculously reappeared after the event.
I know they say 'theres one born every minute', for Rob to have any success there would need to be one born every second.

At minimum, he's relying on a granted but unsigned order. I don't know what the ramifications of that are, if any.

Don't know about Canadia but in the US if you represent false legal documents as true you're already committing a crime -- if you successfully get anything out of it, that just aggravates the situation you'll rapidly find yourself in.

US Courts take a dim view of falsification of such things and you can very easily find yourself facing criminal charges. Don't know if any of them can be upgraded to 'felony' or not, but it is a circumstance that I will not voluntarily put myself in. :D

ETA: Also, I do know it's a binary -- either the papers in question are completely in order, and thus valid, or something is not correct and the whole thing is invalid. A "granted but unsigned" order would fall under "invalid" in this circumstance as the signature is required to make it a valid order. Even making the attempt to use an invalid order would put him officially over the line.

I suspect you are exactly correct about this. It was nice of him to advertise his malfeasance in multiple places on the public internet!

I don't know for sure. He has certainly made it seem that way with the claims he's made in his posts. That could simply be part of the bluster, which would not be out of character.

sodomy non sapiens. However, in this particular instance if there becomes reason to believe that he _has_ obtained private information via fraudulent representation, a third party (the WVCC) could be contacted and will give us the straight scoop as need.

I'd never rule against "just talking a bunch of bollocks" where Rob is concerned, but in his blind anger he may well have made a critical mistake and involved a third party with not only no interest in protecting him, but an active interest in disclaiming their own liability under such circumstances.

But at that point, it's win-win for us. He either sticks to his guns, and insists that he really did break the law by asserting a fake court order, or he admits he was just lying about the whole thing. There really doesn't seem to be a third option, if the order was not actually issued by the court.

I'd suggest that bringing these antics to the attention of the court officials dealing with this case would be a fun thing to do the appropriate thing to do to maintain the integrity of the court system :D

The third option would be to rush off to court and really hope that he can get a master to sign this order. Then go back and post the signed order and laugh in all our faces. Of course he would need a master to cooperate in order for this to work.

This would also presume that he has a desire to post irrefutable evidence of a claim. Considering this is page 215 of a request to do such a thing, I somehow doubt it'll happen even if it was signed.
