Thanks. Its been entertaining to read for a while.

Unfortunately there is little to "debunk" in this area as it is, and always has been, blatantly obvious BS since it was copied from U.S. Sov scams of the '70s.

I have had a few of them appear in a different forum and take on the challenge of arguing with them. The posted cases of 'successes' (with success redefined of course to mean utter failure) have been really helpful. The 'evidence' often provide is terrible in that you can't get beyond 1 minute (in video) or 1 paragraph without having a 'fact' being injected as the main basis with nothing to back it up.

I agree with arayder that I was wrong and that there are victims in the families of one taken by freeman tendencies. Most of the time the reports only show the solo-efforts of the freeman and not the side effects.

What's this email that was sent to Victoria West Community Centre? It seems as though that's his smoking gun.

Hopefully someone can post a copy of the claim somewhere soon.

I guess this thread will be alive and well for the foreseeable future. Imagine if Mr. Menard's claim is unsuccesful, on the off chance he has filed a bogus claim. Members of this forum would have a judgment for costs against Menard. But something tells me he'd be a hard guy to collect from. Maybe specifically instruct a civil enforcement agency to seize his fez. It might be of special value to collectors of FMOTL memorabilia.

It is a well known fact that I, and others, have contacted the various organizations whose halls Menard has sought for his lectures to let them know who and what Menard is and inform them that he seeks to use their facilities for the purpose of promoting his schemes.

This is not slander. It is the truth.

I suspect Bobby boy sent his gofer, Paul Kannler (aka bmxninja) on a web search and found Eldon Warman’s old incorrect claim (voiced openly here on the detax thread) that I am a certain individual with the initials JF. Menard, hopeless stoner he is, couldn’t even get JF’s first name right.

The fact is I am not JF and saying so needlessly opens that person to possible harm should any freemen loons find him.

Over the years Menard has broadcast the names of child protective service workers, airline officials, cops, judges, law society officials and others he feels have crossed him. Conveniently for him these folks were precluded by their governmental agencies and sponsoring groups from doing anything about his threats.

That is not the case this time.

When this latest minor Menardian menacing proves as ineffective as have his pervious threats I will have no problem reminding Menard’s mindless minions they are backing a bloated, blustering boob.

A useful measure we've discovered here is the "Time To First Lie" (TTFL). The shorter the TTFL, the less useful and accurate the video, post, or whatever, will be. As you've discovered, most conspiricists, of any bent, have a TTFL of under a minute, quite often quite a bit under.

Oh, so I guess he must have got a hold of a letter you sent to this place in Victoria. That explains it. Although it sounded like he was also suing justice Rooke from Alberta in his claim. Not that I would expect his case to make any sense, but on a strategic level that would be a pretty big blunder if his goal is revenge against you and other forum members. Rooke will have a lawyer paid for by the law society who will most likely get the thing dismissed without much inconvenience to anybody else involved. Of course that's assuming Menard doesn't lose interest in this and move on to next month's scheme before it gets off the ground.
