Reeder, and the same phone number also tracks to a recent Kijiji ad promoting "Tracey's Tobacco Delivery Service" and a recent Kijiji ad offering up the service of a "Personal Driver - Friendly and Affordable. Too (sic) and From Work" ... "

Wait, what? A FoTL using roads for *gasp* commerce? Surely, that cannot be. So maybe "Tracey" is not a FoTL but is somehow acquainted with Menard and willing to use her rental premises for purposes of helping him with this scam. In any event, the whole thing is well beyond sketchy.

The other half, $62.50, is donated on your behave to an Artist, Musician, Student or Volunteer (called “artist” hereafter) that is affiliated with ACCP by your own choosing. You will be required to login, via ACCP website, to your ACCP account and review profiles, biographies and art samples, pictures, and prototypes. What I note is that this "Membership Agreement" doesn't actually say what the ACCP will do for its money. It lists all the member's obligations, but doesn't say what obligations are on the ACCP. Doesn't that mean that essentially there are no obligations?

We might have to watch a video for that. It's one thing I noticed when looking at his site last night: He's really vague about exactly what it is they're doing, which will make it hard to show he's defrauding people. If you only ever explain it to the people who look like they'll sign up, it limits the risk considerably.

There's also this from his Membership Agreement:

So, I sign up, find out that there are no "Participating locations" near me (or anywhere, really!) then he gets at least my initial $100, and maybe the first month's $125, and maybe the second month's as well, if he can manage to pretend to not get my in-writing-only cancellation.

Looking around, there doesn't seem to be a list of providers on the public site. The only place it could be is in the members-only section, which you'd have to pony up the $100 to see.

I think his game is to get the initial start up fees and then set up the standing orders and then just ignore everyone.
It wont matter because a bank doesn't need his say so to cancel a standing order/direct debit.

It just seems a lot of messing about setting up a website just to rake in a few hundred dollars at most.

He could make more money selling a DIY pebble-dashing booklet at a couple of dollars a pop.

So, lets recap. They have a crappy website, no product, no executive team, no business premises (Tracey Reeder lives in unit C of the cabins), and an association with a freeman conman but, they want people to believe they can pay for experienced senior positions, up to 50 employees and the infrastructure this will all require on less than half the monthly fees of a few victims.

Yeah, and when it turns out there are not enough providers to make the scheme work Menard will blame businessmen and women for having small minds and say there is no way to pay freemen back because the membership and monthly fees have already been given out to artists or eaten up in start up costs. . new fezzes, beer, cheeseburgers and pot. . .then chips after the pot.

What Bobby boy has to fear is a non-freeman consumer who signs up gets stiffed for the fees or worse a non-freeman provider who takes the consumer credit documents to the bank and gets sent home empty handed.

That’s why he is not going to let Jargon Buster into the system and why the John Q. Businessman down the block isn’t going to be let in either.
