Damn! Is that why he won't take my A4V for the membership fee? :jaw-dropp

Q: What purchases are NOT covered?
A: Such things as...
• Things of no value or which are not consumed and can be reused or resold i.e. a lawyers legal advice

Bolding mine.

Frequently Asked Questions

As we all know, despite being told he is not allowed to do so, Menard likes to sell people pretend legal advice.

So no surprise that you can't pay with his pretend money for his pretend advice.
Real-World money is all he accepts.

I think he's given up on the A4V scam, just like he's deserted his WFS, his Birth Bond gibberish, Freeman Valley v99.2, his pot cafe and his student loan cancellations.
Oh, and don't forget "Debbie"!

Until his next scam we must watch him continue to make a fool of himself as he copies the "Lawful Bank" scam..... "When enough people are interested..." etc. :jaw-dropp

Keeps me amused anway.

ETA: The WFS is still officially "endorsing" conman Roger Hayes' "Lawful Bank".
I wonder how that sits with Rob and his new fake currency and scam-site.

Things to check:

Did you complete the Tiki Installer?

Is your database corrupt? Please see how to repair your database

Are your database credentials accurate? (username, database name, etc in db/local.php)

Please see the documentation for more information.

"The artist is then notified by ACCP of such funds and will be given a list of the retailers in their area that accepts ACCP Artist Cards."

That's rich!

I am seriously pondering signing up for this just to get screenshots to the inside of the website and then disputing the charge...Ive had 100% success disputing with my bank before :)

You know, it just occurred to me, that since we're in Canada, that just might be French:

L'Awful Bank.

Honestly, I think the "Massive competitive edge over providers not offering this payment method" part is even more delusional. It's just possible he really believes the crap about the Bank of Canada, but even he has to realize that a few hundred FoTLers spread around the country won't add up to a "massive" advantage for the sellers.

The whole ACCP thing has got be his most delusional pile of trash to date.
It's so astoundingly dumb that it beggars belief.

In his intro video, after the crappy 1980's flowchart rubbish, he shows a screenshot of this page to demonstrate how he has thoroughly researched the subject and, drum roll, yet again discovered the truth that "they" are hiding from us.

He doesn't show the full content of the article though.
No surprise there.

“The appellant’s documents have no commercial value whatsoever,” the high court ruled. “Accordingly, the appellant’s debts to TD Bank remain unpaid.”

He has tried unsuccessfully to buy a car and pay a lawyer in this way

Menard's latest pile of drivel is, as always, copied from someone else.
Someone else who can't admit they are wrong.
Someone else looking for an easy wasy out of their obligations.

He justifies this particular heap of dung by misunderstanding this comment from the article linked...

Consumer bills can only be used to get goods and services for consumption, not for buying land or goods for resale. So the money he borrowed to buy his Orangeville house — now repossessed by the bank — cannot be repaid using a bill.

He's most definitely lost the plot, and if he's so desperate to con a few hundred bucks from a handful of gullible idiots then I say he needs mental help.
If he actually believes this crap then he should book a few weeks stay in Lance's mental ward. There will be an $800 charge for the stay.

It is certainly delusional, more so or less so is up for opinion. Does he even think things through? There would have to be an entire new infrastructure in place for the vendor to accept 'this payment method' and acheive a "massive" advantage, implementing specific crediting machines, et.al....which....and this is the king of delusion....is based on a faulty interpretation of the BOE act that the BOA will pay the vendor.

...Does he even think things through? ...

Nope. Never has and probably never will.
He reads Sovereign websites, watches rubbish on YouTube then regurgitates it all and claims it be his 'research'.
Oh, and sells it for real world money.

I hope someone archives his ACCP website before it is closed down.
It is a monument to stupidity that future generations should be able to laugh at.
To deprive our grandchildren of such comedy would be wrong.

I like the way he keeps updating that site. It's as if he's constantly getting new ideas on how to make it look more legitimate and adding them as he goes.
