Freewoks! That really made me laugh!

They will see themselves as like the elves from Lord of the Rings, but I definitely prefer Freewoks. That is a brilliant name!

I notice he isn't actually answering your points, as usual, just attacking you and I see the op is thanking him, so no debate there then?
 
They always show their true colours
They invite people over and then get their arguments pulled apart then resort to insults.
Its the Freeman way.

Another joker has been claiming to be a freeman on the land over on grndslms freeman forums, he claims to have a letter from the court saying he's a freeman.
they don't believe him and are asking him to prove it and also insulting him in the process.

Strangely enough thats the very same proof of claim Menard uses when he's asked to prove he is a freeman on the land.
I wonder if they will ask the same of Rob when he posts :D

Or is it Rob under another puppet?

It is kind of strange how they become both hostile and sceptical when someone comes along and claim to have succeeded in what they strive for.

One could understand it if it was just a game for them, playing revolutionaries instead of d&d, but the very real court attics indicate that at least some of them really believe in it.
 
thats right, I don't think grndslm really believes it, he's just playing at being an internet revolutionary.
I dont think he's ever seen a courtroom as the defendant.

If he did believe it why would he lead the attack against this guy, surely he would just accept his word if he thought it were true.
 
Maybe it is jealousy?
The ones that actually believe in it cannot handle that someone show up on "their" forum and outshine them. Someone that instead of spending ages babbling about obscure terms simply state "I have done it", it does kind of take the gilding off the resident "Experts".

You guys have really got it all wrong, you are battling an enemy of your own making, just down tools and walk away, thats what I did, I bought my own land (3 acres)and put a caravan on it, there is a small wood where I source most of my firewood, I have a well stocked pond which keeps me in fish year around, there are loads of rabbits, I have my own hens and ducks, and i have around a quarter of an acre set aside for vegetables, its an idyllic spot and I can watch the sunrise and fall everyday.
It has its downside of course, it can get cold in the winter in a caravan but my stove normally does the job.
I have friends that do me favours occasionally and I pay them in eggs or do odd jobs for them.

Thats what being a freeman on the land is all about, its not about tapping away on a keyboard pretending you are going to do this and that, and "doing my research"?? What do you think you are going to find?
There is no "get out of jail free card", it doesn't exist, you need to just walk away from the system to beat it, why on earth waste your time battling a demon that will still be here long after you are dead and buried, even if you bring the current system down it will be replaced by another.
Have you heard the phrase "better the devil you know", well I have one better, "better the devil you know but simply don't care about".
As I said probably my last post as I am far too busy enjoying my life to spend it tapping away on something that in reality doesn't exist, pull the plug out and its all gone.
I on the other hand manage perfectly well without electricity.

Maybe you're right it is jealousy, but really that lifestyle is far from easy if you are reliant on current luxuries of society.
May be its what they want, but couldn't really handle it even if they were given it, hence the hostility.
 
Yes it sounds like the perfect life for a freeman.
It might be a bit of a challenge for a couch potato to adapt to a life in the wild without electricity, running water or internet access.

It does make these pseudorevolutionaries look rather pathetic, but their reaction to him is even more pathetic. They lack the balls to admit to their own shortcommings and snipe at him instead.

Yeah a friend of mine did this for thirty years in N. California he only rejoined 'society' when he needed medical care a year or so ago. He got that fixed and went back into 'paradise' as he called it

It totally debunks his own withdrawal of consent.
As his withdrawal of consent to statutes is simply his rule, then it can be ignored as its not the law.
Also the only things he believes is law is gravity and Karma???

Merlincove banned me , I think he was still smarting after I pointed out that he had no idea what "consent" was

I suppose one could define it as a property of emails or posts received from Menard.
 
"Until you share your paperwork with the community, its just more heresy."

I'm thinking they meant "hearsay" but that fits better, considering their mindset.
