Clownish conman is at it again on Ickes full of false bravado.

He is asking people to play a stupid word game with him now I have been banned.

Are you a tyrant? You certainly seem like one considering the lengths you'll go to hide the Truth.

You certainly can't be doing this for fun, because nobody can be THAT lame.

There's clearly a motive behind it... like you losing your stranglehold on people, if they really woke up and saw the many facets of Law & Commerce for what they are and that the only authority you'll ever be capable of is ILLEGITIMATE authority.

No Im not a tyrant, and yes I do it for fun.
I dislike Menard and all he stands for so upsetting his apple cart is indeed fun for me.
I also take pleasure in the fact he is terrified of me :)

So, grndslm, it's patently obvious you're not expecting JB to believe that he's really a "tyrant", so who exactly was this lie directed to? Who are you trying to convince with it?

This one deserves some pointing and laughing.

So, Menard finally has some evidence that you can remove consent from a court ruling and just walk away. That evidence? This Notice filed by the plaintiff in a copyright lawsuit:

Let's see...

1. This is a civil case, not a criminal case
2. The plaintiff (Capitol Records) sued the defendant (Ms. Thomas-Rasset) for statutory damages for copyright infringement
3. The jury found in favour of the plaintiff and awarded damages
4. The judge issued a Remittitur order reducing the damages
5. The plaintiff refused to accept the reduced damages thus triggering a new trial (which is where the above-linked Notice comes in)

At no point was the defendant involved in the decision to reject the damages award. At no point was the defendant consulted. The defendant cannot walk away. In fact, the defendant now has to endure being sued again.

The defendant, Jammie Thomas-Rasset, was found liable in a 2007 trial for infringing 24 songs and ordered to pay $222,000 in statutory damages.[1] The court later granted her motion for a new trial because of an error in its jury instructions. Three trials in all. The plaintiff's notice was in regard to the second trial. The third trial also resulted in victory for the plaintiff.

I think Menard may want to remove this one from his repertoire.

The sceptics over at Icke's need to take a breath. They have actually been partially fooled by Menard's con. The defendant (Ms. Thomas-Rasset) is not the one who triggered the new trial. The remittitur order was actually in her favour. It was against her interests for it to be rejected.

I'm not over there at the moment and I'm not going back, I will always be banned no matter what I do because I have Menard's number and they know it.

im surprised no one has asked him to explain this law that the people in the court are bound by, last time I asked him it was Karma????

the guys a loon, he just keeps going around in circles.
His theory is that he has rules that everyone else is bound by whilst at the same time he is free to ignore everyone else's rules as they don't apply to him.

He cant see the stupidity in this, so I couldnt care less anymore, he is simply an idiot or is trolling the forum.

Like a car accident, I can't seem to look away. Sadly, it's only the sceptics that keep that forum active at all.
 
Yes, Menard has truly made himself look a fool today.
He keeps trying to divert them to play his little word game to attempt to even the score.
A series of leading questions designed to attempt to back his opponent into a corner so he can shout "Gotcha!"

I wouldn't go so far as to say he has as many tricks as that to be honest.

Reading the rubbish posted by these fools is a good source of hilarity and nothing more. I feel a little sorry for the older, (i.e. not under 25 and permanently stoned), ones but what can you do?

The whole premise of cult-like-paranoid-conspiracies is that everyone who disagrees with you is blind to the truth or is the enemy.
