I spend the occasional hour on the computor throwing him a few broadsides and upsetting his applecart for a while( he will always have new recruits, theres one born every minute :))
Do you really think he means anything to me?
Hes just a loon who wouldnt justify his position in a debate and then got me banned from a website, so for no other reason than that I decided to make his life difficult.
The idiot even made a youtube video about me:D
I know hes not a "full shilling" and I really should leave him alone, but I wont, not until he has the gonads to come here and debate his points.

That attitude strikes me as counterproductive. The best way to deal with Menard is to systematically & politely dismantle his arguments one by one. To involve yourself in an everlasting online feud because you got banned from the David Icke Forum (of all places) may have the effect of reinforcing the FMOTL narrative that there are establishment forces moving against them. It may also persuade those toying with FMOTL ideas to throw their lot in with Menard on the basis he's some kind of martyr.

The point is to show people who are thinking about applying FMOTL theory to their lives that they are making a seriously bad mistake & will end up in much worse position then they're in already.

unlikely, but then again the FMOTL stalwarts are blind to rationality so it doesnt matter what anyone does to try and convince them otherwise.

You know what though gtm, maybe I shouldnt bother with him at all, it would appear that the only time he has anything to say is in response to something I post.
I have started more threads on Ickes than Menard and his cronies put together.
Maybe they need me to keep the sub forum going, I will give it a rest for a while and see how busy they are without me.

after all, according to rob canada belongs to everybody but ROB only applies to rob.

Three seconds on the Googles shows that this is completely, utterly false.

1. Notaries in BC are governed exclusively by the Notaries Act - no one may call themselves a Notary unless authorized by this act

2. To become a Notary in BC you must:
- Go through a rigorous application screening process to determine if your education, experience and character are suitable before you even get to start the training process.
- After your application is approved, you must graduate from the Master of Arts in Legal Studies program at Simon Fraser University
- Receive a commission after the "Supreme Court of BC has determined their fitness and they have passed a rigorous set of statutory examinations, conducted by a Board of Examiners named by BC’s Attorney General."

Just to apply to become a Notary, this is the background you need:

1. Graduate of a recognized university.

2. Possesses a sound business or employment background with practical experience.
Preference is shown to applicants with a background in legal drafting, professional
accounting, banking (loans or management), insurance (nominee level), and real estate.

3. A demonstrated above-average ability to communicate, verbally and in writing, in
accordance with accepted business norms. Applicants may be required to successfully
pass an English language proficiency test through TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language).

4. The ability to meet the admission requirements of Simon Fraser University’s Master of Arts in Applied Legal Studies Program.

5. Computer literate and equipped and capable of accessing the Internet

6. Willing and able to set up an independent notarial practice accessible to the public. Should not beinvolved in a business that might be considered a conflict of interest

7. No criminal or bankruptcy record, nor a conviction of moral turpitude

8. Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada

9. A history of community service

I wonder if a BC Notary can withhold service from some sorry-ass FOTL?

2-P2 Members should take reasonable steps to protect against fraud,

obligations imposed on them, including any provisions of the Proceeds
of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act applicable to
them.

Guidelines
2-G1 Suspicious Documents and Transactions– A Member should not execute
a false or incomplete document, nor be involved with any document or
transaction which the Member knows or suspects is false, deceptive, fraudulent,
or illegal.

I wonder if Menard has actualy costed the dividing up and fencing of 110 acres?
If he gets someone to do it for no payment then thats surely plot 2 taken.
Only 9 left (Menard will surely have plot 1 for himself)

Well, Rob can and that is all that matter to him. Some are more equal than others and all that.

As I mentioned at 795, in fairness to Rob he's quite transparent about the fact that him and his cronies will get preferential treatment.

A few days ago I was optimistic that the silence on the Icke thread meant that the dribblers had finally woken up to Rob's antics. However, some of the usual suspects have started falling into line. They still haven't managed to get those neurons firing after all.

This could turn into a terrific allegory.

I know it's not a big deal n'stuff but it shows that Rob is monitoring this forum pretty much on a daily basis & doesn't have an original bone in his body :jaw-dropp
