Religious figures reincarnated (Split from: Pope responds question from atheist)

That's very interesting. We all have ideas/experiences etc. i was brought up a christian.... But as we all know, we are obviously brainwashed from birth. Had I been born of jews I would be jewish etc. at about aged 40 I began to disbelieve after prayer after prayer was not answered ( ask and yee will be given ) ...
.
I decided after observing the lack of an answer to all prayers that there was an answer. It was "NO!".
And even simpler, there was nothing to deliver any answer at all, prayer is foolish from the git-go.

I have never heard such a skew on reincarnation before that I'm almost speechless-and that says a lot.

I follow the whole reincarnation concept to a point. Children speaking languages of another county they have had no contact with, there was once I read somewhere a child who went in search of the family they had just died from knowing things only that past life child could have known. Which would totally nix your 1000 yrs between reincarnations theory right there.

There are groupings and patterns of people spirits that are attracted to each other. In one life husband-wife in another grandparent-child. friends become lovers become enemies become lovers. Cycles and patterns that we unconsciously repeat. But as the population grows those circles become stretched apart as people live further apart and then you need consider where do these additional souls or reincarnations come from. That's the tricky question the woo factor more than anything else. We are evolved self replicating but individual dependent on male/female reproduction. Ego plays a further factor. All the information is in our dna its how we look at it.
I used to consider that it wasn't reincarnation the way people considered it. There are millions of people in the world today living dying even incorporeal. When we mate with each other we share our dna create miniature copies that remain human but are individual. You hear stories of doppelgangers people who look just like someone else but isn't, raised in two different locations. Sometimes it's separated twins who didn't know about each other but what about those people who make their livings or attempt to because they look vaguely like someone else. That's not reincarnation as much as the dna allowing those people to look physically alike to pass for the other even though they are from different cultures religions social-economic backgrounds. That dna is more relative to reincarnation than most realize because of this. We are the product of our ancestors which means the dna of them are in us right. Strong traits carry through in some families like the rarity of an extra finger/toe. Our brains are the summation of our thoughts and we consider them our own being the dominate ego when we are alive. That little voice that edits what you say. But the brain has been likened to a cpu in it's storage capacity and we only access and consciously use but a portion of that. Our brains hold information we have only begun to understand or so we think.
So then imagine the person who says that they hear voices in their head...crazy right or delusional with the woo. Are you in their head...no...we have only just begun to grasp an base understanding of the human psychosis. Our brains store and hold the memories of the combined dna of our mother-father their parents and so on and so on until the origin of that particular family line. We take for granted that we are the only residents of our singular body so someone implying they hear voices is typically taken out of context. Our egos can't take that but are people with split or multiple personalities really manifestations of stress the only case. Or has that stress allowed the subject to loose themselves in the ego's of ancestors which contributed to their dna formation?
What does that have to do with reincarnation well if you make the connections you'd see that we multiply and our egos create more egos allowing our dna to expand and our consciousness to grow. Reincarnation then is subjective to thought as much as the dna.
