Regardless of who funds it, the Commission must have subpoena powers to get to all the evidence it requests.
Everyone, even Bush & Cheney, should testify separately, publicly, and under oath.

This is my favorite part. The "perps" are so evil that they had no trouble pulling off the most vial and despicable crimes yet, they will roll because of a subpoena and the fact they're "under oath".

This is almost on par with "independent" an "subpoena power". Who exactly is going to enforce this?

There's no way they would.

Remember - the magic is in them getting subpoena power to get the government documents and evidence.

When the (tee hee hee) "independent" investigation is complete and once again proves them wrong, they'll have an out because the evidence was collected from Government Sources. It'll be no good.

This is why the truth movement has been proven to be for anything BUT truth.

Exactly, they can't pull the plug on their life support machine. They simply have to keep it alive so they'll just keep picking and picking like a scab you can't leave alone.

You begin with an Unwarranted Assumption. I am very willing to start a new thread, and am glad you did it first. I am not trying to derail anything, and just answer posts much as time permits, where they come in. I'm not Aldo. Do you take back your Unwarranted Assumptions and Accusations?

My assumptions were based on the fact that several people had , over several posts, told you to start new threads and yet you did not. If your continued inaction on that was for any other reason than being 'unwilling' then I aplogize.

You folks sure are dedicated to getting to the truth. I made a few posts, came back after dinner, and there is a new thread named after me, with 2 pages already. Plus I'm accused of not showing up.

yep things move fast here.
For instance I started the thread that was requested and have been away for a few days(BTW I'll be away for a few more after today) and looky here,,,, 4 pages.

The Pentagon is the biggest mystery to me, and the closest 9/11 site to home. I see strong evidence for several theories, but am not taking sides yet. There may be a theory no one has thought of yet, that explains everything. That's why I'm at JREF, to get more information and discuss ideas.

Well you may have not chosen sides yet but you sure are falling for some rather obvious fantasies that the Pentagon no-planer cadre promotes.

Yes, CE, Craig, Aldo et al, the CiT contention is a no-planer since they contend that no plane hit the building. This is just as fallacious as Judy Wood and Morgan reynolds with their faked planes at the WTC.
