Glad I did a refresh before posting what you now already know.. ;)

Feel free to disregard what I didn't post.

I had to choose a state too, so I opted for "Armed forces Europe" which I guess is at least two thirds right. Well, I have arms too actually..

I have been chasing a ticket for the Weds 17th Jan show for P and T.

I am new to the list and this thread. What do I need to do to get a ticket for the Weds night? I registered to attend the conference a few months ago.

Go to the TAM registration form, click the "Register" tab, enter your information, click "Next," and then click the link to modify your registration. You'll need your registration number from your confirmation e-mail, but if you don't have it you can get it e-mailed again. Hope this helps, and I'll see you there.

PS - if anyone is going but booking their own time / tickets, you can often find discount coupons for P&T in 'Showtime' magazine found just about everywhere in Vegas, and also sometimes by signing up for the slot club at the Rio, depending on the current promotion. (They usually hand out a coupon book, and there is often a $10 off coupon for P&T inside.)

I saw P&T during my April trip to Vegas, so I'm going to give 'em a miss this time. Even though I've seen them 11 times since 1991, I still love their show. And I STILL can't figure out BULLET CATCH! (And Banachek won't tell me how its done either. I bugged him on the cruise and he wasn't talking!)

MoT? Sorry. That acronym eludes me.

Cat - is treading on very thin ice at the moment. Will post an update in the thread.

I used "tribe" in that I would think that things like the bullet catch are revealed pretty much on a need-to-know basis. Not the sort of thing you tell to the guy who does kids' birthday parties at $75 a pop.

OK, Lynn and I are booked for the Wednesday night!

Does anyone know if they have anything to look at on the stage, before the show starts?
They had an envelope on the stage for people to come up and sign the last two times I saw them (January and November).

And I think people are right, knowledge of the secrets of tricks like the Bullet Catch is most likely limited to crew members with a Need To Know, and they have probably signed a NDA.

And the opening music is now performed by the "Mike Jones Duo".

I saw them in September and October, and there was an envelope for signing. One unfortunate woman went up to the stage, signed the envelope, and promptly walked of the front of the stage instead of down the stairs. I think all the vodka she had consumed probably broke her fall, but still.

Also, the opening trick changed between September and October, which is cool.

Well, I've gotten my tickets for Wednesday and will have a minivan so I can take at least 6 other Forumites with me (actually 4, tim and lynn, if you want them, you've got reservations for two of the seats).

PM me, first come, first served.

Thanks, Hutch. You're a hero! We are so looking forward to this trip!
