Big cheers for Gulliamo and for Jeff too. Even if it doesn't work out for me.

Jas: That's why I speculatively re-scheduled you to Saturday on my list.. ;-)

Great getting TAMmers together for Penn and Teller shows and discounts. Nancy and I didn't want to miss any of the TAM evening events and are leaving Las Vegas on Monday morning so we bought tickets for Sunday (the 21st) and will be attending then. Are there others? Obviously, we already have our tickets and and not looking for a discount but perhaps we could meet up with others in the Lobby or after the show.

We're really looking forward to TAM V!

OK, looks like we'll have tickets for Wednesday and Saturday at $65 a piece. The JREF will set up a table at the RIO for Wednesday night's show so you can pick up your tickets, and folks for Saturday night will have their tickets in their packets when they register for TAM. (You must register for TAM to buy tickets.)

You'll be able to buy tickets with the online registration system, and I'll post a link to that soon. It's not ready just yet. (It's a bit of a cumbersome thing, really.)

Grasping at straws, but would there be any sort of chance to change a reservation? I already made a reservation (and paid) for the Jamy Ian Smith show. It seems interesting enough, but I'd definitely much rather see P&T.

OK, you can register for Penn & Teller tickets NOW!

Go to http://www.amazingmeeting.com and enter the registration process, and you'll see new options for the shows. $65 is a discount over the normal price, and includes tax as well. :)

For WEDNESDAY folks:
The tix will be waiting for you at the box office. Linda will be there to hand them out. Bringing a printout of your receipt would be wise.

For SATURDAY folks:
The tix will be in your TAM registration packet.
(Yes, I did originally say Sunday.. Mea Culpa!!)

Enjoy! And thanks to Guillamo for getting the ball rolling on this. This wouldn't have happened without him.

If you've never seen Jamy Ian Swiss, I wouldn't be so quick to bail. He is amazing!

You mean Saturday?

TCS: I'm sure, I'm sure. I'll just be in agony over missing the opportunity to see P&T live. Maybe if I start eating noodles twice a day and not just for lunch until then, I can afford a regular Friday ticket.. :)

We have reserved blocks of 80 tickets each for Wednesday and Saturday nights. All seats are in rows k, l, m, or n. We will have a table set up near the box office at the Rio by 7:30 Wednesday evening to hand out the Wednesday tickets. The Saturday tickets will either be in your registration packets or available at the registration booth when you check in for TAM. If you're already registered for TAM, purchase yours by modifying your registration. Do it soon though, as we expect both blocks to sell out very quickly! If you've signed up for Jamy Ian Swiss' show on Saturday night, you can cancel that without penalty if you'd rather see P&T on Saturday night.

Excellent, thank you so much. Good to know it doesn't hurt you to register or pay early!

But there's an error in the booking system: It claims the second P&T show is for Sunday, not Saturday. I reserved a ticket anyway.

Uh. Now I see that in the latest Randi commentary, it also says Sunday. Hmm - I'll be in New York on Sunday, so what is it, really?

I went the the registration page and signed up for the Sunday ticket. Now, I think we need to make sure we are all clear about this, since I paid for the Sunday ticket expecting it to be a Sunday ticket.

My apologies!!!

Yep, I screwed up. I accidentally said the tickets were for Sunday, but they are for SATURDAY!!

I sent everyone who registered for Sunday tickets e-mail.

So, once again, there are Penn and Teller tickets available for SATURDAY, JAN 20th as well as WEDNESDAY, JAN 17th.

Sorry about that..

Penn and Teller ticket Weds 17 Jan please

I have been chasing a ticket for the Weds 17th Jan show for P and T. I tried the link on the Penn and Teller website and attempted to purchase one online where I discovered that it is set up for US residents only. The only options in two of the mandated fields were US states and United States as a country.
I am new to the list and this thread. What do I need to do to get a ticket for the Weds night? I registered to attend the conference a few months ago.

Registration for P & T successful

Please disregard my previous post. I have just registered for the P and T show on the Weds online via the conference website.
