Perhaps Jedi Pauly believes that the UK is a state of the USA? When a man believes his own crazy sacred sperm of citizenship nonsense, it's not a real stretch to think he might have a few.... problems with geography and world politics.

Honestly, my favorite part of the article was discovering Judd was in jail for stalking a woman because he believed she was Stevie Nicks clone.

Online court records show Judd currently is serving a 17-1/2-year prison sentence for sending threatening mail to a Texas woman whom he apparently believed to be a clone of singer Stevie Nicks.

That's one hell of a sentence for "threatening mail." Is it because it used the USPS?

Either way he is clearly crazy and will get nowhere with these claims.

The new lawsuit is the umpteenth suit filed by Keith Judd. He's clearly aiming to be declared vex lit in all 50 states before his jail term is up.

I believe some states are required to hold primaries even when the nomination is foregone.

West Virginia is the only state ever to put Judd on the ballot officially. Through the 2008 and 2012 elections, Judd campaigned as a write-in candidate everywhere else. The first two pages of his complaint are little more than recrimination against the various state DNC caucuses (Ohio's in particular) for failing to include him as a candidate in the primary. His mention of the WV primary seems calculated to support his claim that Ohio's DNC should have run him as a candidate. That, of course, fails as a matter of law: a political party cannot be ordered to accept a candidate they don't want.

And that spreads yet another layer of absurdity over his suit. Even if the court grants his prayer for relief and declares Barack Obama a citizen of Kenya (which doesn't preclude him from also being a citizen of the United States under U.S. law), it still doesn't make him the Democratic candidate for President then, now, or ever. The prayer for relief does not rationally follow from the complaint. In fact, the more I think about it, the more I think Judd doesn't have any standing to sue on this point in any county. He is merely one of any number of people whom the state Democratic parties did not choose to field as a candidate in their state primaries.

Furthermore, it does not matter "where" he was born...Article I, Section 8 of the US Constitution states that to be eligible to be President, BOTH parents have to be "natural born citizens of the US" and only one of his was. He is illegitimate either way.

Your son and maybe even you are American Citizens - but - According to the Law of the Land, The Constitution of the US your son could never become President. What is so hard about understanding this?

WEll, if they actually read the Constitution they might find out it doesn't say what they think it does.

Of course, if the average Birther read the Constitution they would probably stop part-way through and start claiming it says Obama is only 3/5 of a President.

'Cos it doesn't say what they want. Article 1, section 8, describes the powers granted to congress. Article 2, section 1, paragraph 5 is the part that gives the citizenship, age, and residency requirements for presidential hopefuls. The word "parent" appears nowhere in the document.

Wayne Coulter Very good analysis and you are correct. However, one more thing makes him ineligible. The Kenya birth certificate has been found. Since Kenya was a British protectorate at the time of birth, another copy of the Kenya birth certificate has been found in the British archives. This means Barack's father was a dual citizen of both Kenya and Britain. By giving birth to a son, that dual citizenship is automatically transfered to the son as well which automatically makes Barack ineligible no matter where he was born.

I think I'm seeing part of the problem here...
