She graduated from HS in 1960. Then moved to Hawaii and met Barack Sr. and then got married in February, 1961. So when did she have time to leave the country?

International or not, CIA operatives often need to have cover stories. I think we can know that the Dunhams were in those jobs you mention. How do we know they were not operatives? Taxpayers pay plenty for experts keeping such things secret.

The tall tales about her being a CIA operative are a distraction, an illusionist trick to keep you from looking too closely at the fact that the timeline for Obama to have been born in Kenya is flat out stupid.

You have been hoodwinked. Professional entertainers looking to sell books and advertising time have played you like a fiddle. At least the Trump / Watersports story is physically possible without a Tardis, something the Birthers can't really say for their theory.

How would a Kenyan birth for Obama have helped the conspiracy anyway? Someone would have had to spend a MASSIVE amount of money to smuggle a heavily pregnant woman from the USA to Kenya and back again at a time when such travel was expensive and women that pregnant and newborns that young were not allowed to travel.

The Birther story is riddled with abject stupidity. The average fairy tale is more plausible and requires less suspension of disbelief.

Yes it would be over kill for no particular reason. Why would they be concerned that the child was born in America? His mother was American so no matter where he was born he could be an American. The only point about being born IN America is that some consider that a requirement to become president.

Not those who supported McCain, mind you.

Which is, of course, fine with me. John McCain had every right to run for president and certainly suffered more for his country than any candidate I can recall in my lifetime.

Sorry, but that's incorrect. Under the laws in force at the time, had Obama actually been born in Kenya, his mother would have had to have resided in the US for at least five years as an adult before his birth in order for him to have acquired birthright citizenship. As she hadn't been an adult for five years at the time of his birth, she didn't qualify.

Since he was born in Hawaii, the ensuing debate about if childhood residency counts, the date Hawaii became a state and the case law surrounding the 14th Amendment are, as far as Obama is concerned, moot.

No matter how you look at it the Birther nonsense was ******** from the beginning.
