The waiting period between the aircraft hitting the buildings and them collapsing may have been to provide enough time for as many people to escape as possible. The idea would be a false flag terorist act that would incite rage to start wars with as few American casualties as possible. Hindsight is 20/20. It may have been planned or predicted that almost all of the occupants of the Towers would have enough time to evacuate the buildings.
Epic stupidity.
The Gulf of Tonkin (typically thought by loons to be a "false flag") and the Manchurian Rail Incident (a genuine "false flag," executed by a totalitarian government, not the USA) both involved practically no loss of life. If the goal was to minimize casualties, they did a pretty spectacularly awful job of it.
This is the standard Truther problem. You require the mythical actors at once to be omnipotent and dumb as a sack of caltrops. This is, again, why you refuse to submit a hypothesis. You can't. Nothing you propose makes even the faintest whiff of sense.
