Native American myths/traditions support Bigfoot? A critical look.

Tianca, just so you know, the writings of Henry Franzoni and Gayle Highpine and the errors within them have been discussed from the beginning of this thread.

You will agree then that your claim of roughly 30 Bigfoots being killed by Mt. St. Helens and being recovered by the U.S. government is not a fact in any way, shape, or, form. Also, you will agree then that it is fair for anyone here to disregard your statements on the matter to be a highly spurious claim.

Is that fair?
No! I will not agree to that. Information is just that, what you do with it is what matters. I don't presume to tell you to accept it, just read it and see what you think about it.
They all sound very reliable to me, from what I already know about the subject.

See, the contradiction is that you tell me it is proof of your claim. That is not a subjective opinion. If you had proof of your claim then I would be forced to accept it. I could try to deny that proof but that would be like denying the Earth is round.

And you totally ignored my point altogether! The Sasquatch took human women to mate, all over the planet, not just in the USA. They had kids, that makes them human.
Tianca

Again, you make a completely spurious claim. This is however, a verfiable claim if what you say is in fact true. Again I must ask where is the reliable evidence for this claim. A story does not qualify.

Edited to add quote.

Tianca, regarding the reports you cut and pasted there is a significant problem. Here is what you said:

I don't judge the information, I leave that up to those who read it. How is this anecdotal? It is just reports from the people that experienced it.

Here is a snip from your very first report:

Fred Bradshaw report concerning dead Bigfoot bodies near Mt. St. Helens. My father worked for Weyerhauser Co. at Green Mountain ,WA, east of Vancouver.

(snip)

My father and the rest were debriefed and sent home.

What you have provided was not even a firsthand account. Very unreliable evidence. Do you understand the point we're making?

These reports have contradictions and details that the people reporting could not have known (napalm wasn't in use in the 80's for one, and two, why were the allowed to watch this?).

It is probably general knowledge in Army engineering how to make Foo-gas or Fougasse (a primative form of napalm). But I do agree that the use of napalm in bigfoot-burning story in itself is grossly urban-legendy.

Yeah, just feed Styrofoam to the gas till it won't eat any more. Still, why on Earth use that instead of just gasoline to burn a pile?

Why burn them at all? The gall bladders alone, sold on the Asian black market, would probably erase the federal defecit.

I read somewhere that some native americans told their children not to go to Mount Saint Helens because a tribe of tall hairy cannibals lived there. Bigfoot could be a a native american version of the boogy man story and the story was to keep them away from the mountain for obvious reasons. The tale grew with the telling perhaps. At any rate there is no bigfoot.

Bigfoot could be a a native american version of the boogy man story... (snip)

I agree with you. That was my assertion in the OP:

It is my assertion that Native American traditions do not support the existence of bigfoot and that what is put forth by bigfoot enthusiasts as evidence for the existence of bigfoot has been cherry-picked and misrepresented. IMO this at best amounts to a collection of boogeyman tales not significantly different than that of countless other cultures.

Figures such as Dsonoqua that people such as archaeologist Kathy Strain are pointing to as native representations of a living Bigfoot species are classic boogeymen. She steals children and puts them in her basket to eat.

If Bigfoot existed all over the continent prior to the arrival of Europeans as Bigfoot enthusiasts claim they do today we should have no shortage of Bigfoot artifacts to look at.

"If Bigfoot existed all over the continent prior to the arrival of Europeans as Bigfoot enthusiasts claim they do today we should have no shortage of Bigfoot artifacts to look at. "

Historical proof exists all over the planet, with the Chinese having the records going back centuries. They always have been expert record keepers. Historians have no problem accepting these records as factual. Naturally some people will put their own slant on it, as you have. But the fact exists, that women all over the planet have been taken by Sasquatch (of the 6 various versions of them) and produced children.

This would not be possible unless Sasquatch were human. That is basic Biology 101. The DNA doesn't lie. And these days, DNA is enough to get people out of prison.

It's great for you to be skeptical, I have no problem with honest skeptics. But you are refusing to look at the physical proof of this, and that is called denial, however you look at it. The fact that it is documented that children were born, is the undeniable proof. And this is documented in more than one location, continents apart. So the children are not an aberration. They are real, pictures were taken, bones were kept after they died, DNA has been gathered, from at least one location. I was fascinated by the pictures of the skulls.

I have to ask if you are reading history. And I don't mean just USA history, which is highly subjective. I mean world history. The comments you all are making are very naive, if you have.

The point has been made more than once, that Sasquatch don't live like us, and don't leave bones and artifacts, for one. They don't leave dead bodies lying around for us to discover, they are disposed of properly. The chances of anyone discovering bones are small, at best, because of this. Don't buy into Hollywood tripe. Stick to the facts.

They don't live like us, because they have a universal consciousness, so they do things a lot differently than humans here do. They are millions of years more advanced than us, and don't bury their dead. They dispose of their dead on the starships, where there is nothing left down here on the planet. 99% of their bodies are removed from the planet in this way. They don't approve of how we make numerous graveyards, littering the planet with our dead. They recycle.

They also do this with the bodies of the women they Mate.

Once the spirit leaves the body, there is no more need to keep the body. No need for graveyards, etc. They do a form of cremation, without fire, to dispose of the body. We are energy, we do not die. Only the body 'dies', it changes form. When you get past living on earth Shan, you look at things differently than earth humans do. There is no need to keep the body around when the person is gone and moved on.

Only people from here would even consider using the bones as baseball bats. They have more respect for the person than that.

Tianca

They were burning the bodies of the animals, not the Sasquatch. The removed the dead bodies of the Sasquatch, and moved them to a facility where they can be properly studied in complete secrecy. It is clear that the government was trying to keep a lid on it, so the general public would not know about them even existing. You really have no idea how much coverup is really going on, do you???

You are in for a huge shock, unless you open your eyes.

The fact is, they wanted all the bodies gone. Using whatever form of napalm they had at the time, even experimental stages of it, makes total sense to me. They would naturally jump at the chance to see how well, what they had, worked in the field. This was an ideal chance to test it.

The Sasquatch, however, they shipped away, which tells me that they weren't going to destroy the evidence, they were going to study them. They would treat these beings' bodies as they would any UFOs' bodies, ship them away and study them.

"Seniority means nothing. Native Americans learned that the hard way."

Excuse me? Have you missed the glaringly obvious fact that we didn't succeed in genociding them, that the Native Americans are still here, and their population is growing again. Don't assume that just because white men are in charge of this land right now, that they can't loose it. Other rulers have made that mistake before.

Tianca

"Let's take another crack at it, shall we? You are a Bigfoot proponent."

Proponent;
1. a person who puts forward a proposition or proposal.
2. a person who argues in favor of something; an advocate.
3. a person who supports a cause or doctrine; adherent.
4. a person who propounds a legal instrument, such as a will for probate.

I am assuming that you are thinking that I'm the first one? First off, I'm not trying to convince any of you of anything. That is totally up to you.

I am coming from a place of knowing, I don't have to go on faith, trying to prove that they exist. They do! Why would I have to prove something that has already been proven by others? No, all I am doing is passing on some facts, for all of you to digest as you will.

You seem to be so far behind in your knowledge, you are living in the dark ages. But I'm sure that pretty soon all of you will have to face the facts, an see that you have been lied to for centuries.

Please cite one instance of Historical Proof.

Please cite the DNA study which allows you to state this as fact.

Please point to the world History timeline, and show the point where Bigfoot was/is listed.

Your emotions betray you, the point has been made by footers, but the point has never ACTUALLY BEEN MADE. You know with evidence, citations, proof etc...

Neil? Neil is that you? It's been a while...

Wow at first I thought you were just an emotional footer, but now I'm wondering if you aren't Neil, anyone else getting that from this? Notice how Tianca slowly went from standard footer logic, and then piledrove us with the alien spaceships/ universal spirit thing.

Not that I would ever doubt you, but do you have some links to these 'facts' so I could see for myself?

Thanks ever so much.
