My experience with telekinesis

Showerhead123...

Are you friends with ex-JREF member 'AForce1' by any chance...

(FYI..'AForce1' was a grown man, who trolled atheist websites and who had a strange and disturbing tendency to befriend and convince a lot of naive, RPG playing, Sc-Fi film watching, young 13-16yr old boys into believing they had PSI powers and that he could teach them 'The Force', on certain other forums..Including his own.)

Showerhead123...There are certain 'whole sentences' and 'exactly the same scenarios' in your OP that i recall from 5 or 6yrs back...Pens...PSI wheels..Bible quotes..etc...etc...etc..

Sorry...'A cut and paste job' with a few added, fluffing out paragraphs...

I have a long memory...

DB

(PS...Just wondering...Can you also alter the outcome/playing of 'live' sporting events, using your 'powers'?)

Are you still stuck on the first page? If not, we require some video evidence. Indoors and windows closed, we know these tricks.

Actually he doesn´t mention it as something "casual". He explains that whacking off is against his religious norms, and he would like to have the willpower not to do it, but he doesn´t have it. "I proceeded to masturbate" means "I failed again to be the saint I wannabe". It might be useful to discuss the reasonability of the given standard of sainthood, maybe this attempted standard of sainthood is a problem in itself, not the failure to meet it.
I guessed it probably had something to do with that sort of thing, I had trouble reading the walls of text.

I need answers to my questions. I too want to know what the heck causes this phenomenon if indeed it occurs. I'm just suggesting things, not claiming.

I will also suggest something.
We do not generate balls of energy out of our brains because it would serve no purpose to do so.
Think about it.

Brattus...

I will also suggest something.
We do not reply to obvious 'Trolls' because it would serve no purpose to do so.
Think about it.

Maybe that's what you really meant...???

I remember AForce1 and I recall following a link to the forum you mentioned which had teenage boys discussing making PSI balls or whatever (didn't remember that AForce1 was connected with that, I only remember the username). Now I'm wondering if all those references to creating PSI balls were merely code for masturbating. The thing that struck me about the OP is how easily he got bored with his new-found psi powers, and then quickly moved on to develop another one, and another one. Most people who seriously claim to have psychic powers don't even talk like that.

What a moron, everyone knows that if your going to take the psionic warrior class, it is just dim witted to start trying to multi class left right and center. You get left in this situation, with a half dozen powers that rank somewhere between party trick and eye roll, versus being able to materialize energy swords, or all that other cool stuff.

Some people, just don't know how to plan a character.

If I could do telekinesis I can assure I could use it to do cooler things than bend spoons.

I do hope I'm not hallucinating. At the very least it would be a great show at how belief can influence hormone/chemical secretion in the brain.
To me it sounds like misinterpreted dream sequences. I get sequences of 'consistent alternate reality' dreams where I levitate. These involve mundane, everyday settings, and are extremely vivid and realistic; the sensations are much as you describe - surprise and delight at realising it can really be done, and that all it takes is a particular mental 'knack'. Difference is, when I wake up, I then realise that they were dreams.

Thanks for the response guys! A little bit of ridicule (maybe rightfully so) but I appreciate the responses! I've been preoccupied with exams so you'll have to excuse my lack of contribution to this thread:

In two incidints with the ghost - only one of them was I in bed. So I admit, maybe I hallucinated that one. However, the other one was me wide awake and furthermore, I (for some STUPID REASON) went into the opposite room where everyone else was (my family) and asked a really stupid question "Did anyone just enter my room?" so maybe they'll remember that. I'll also ask them about that time when we passed around "that ball". I really do hope they remember. Do keep in mind this was 5 years ago. Maybe it didn't mean much to them - but yea anyways, the fact they can't remember IS troubling.

Dowsing! I used to do that too! I remember writing down 20 numbers on cut up pieces of paper, asking my sisters to pick a number from the pile, I'd take the pile, then do the whole dowsing thing facing away from them. Left meant yes, right meant no. It would constantly be going towards the right until I hit the number..if I remember...19 or 17. That's when it started changing. I back peddled and chose the number 18 (somewhere there) and when I asked them if their number's were 18 they were shocked and started laughing and asking me how and bla bla bla.

Yes, I'd love to video tape it. I'm kind of busy right now but winter break is coming soon and I'll have time to do whatever. Someone mentioned a pen may be too large - whatever - "I did it before" and I'll do it again. I can record it in 1080p if you guys wish too! ... ...
.... ... ... ... ... I have so much doubt I can do it again, with the burden that it might be false. This type of thing requires complete faith. Moving on.

Uhm, I am NOT on any medication! I have no past medical history indicating psycho disorders or have I been sensitive to light or what not. They say disorders vary in degree's and not boolean values but hey - maybe I do have a undiagnosed disorder! 0_o

DeBunk - I have never heard of AForce1 until now! I'm kind of pissed he was saying the same stuff as me, I thought I was the first one to do this stuff in correlation with the Bible (edit: Pshh yea right). Whole sentences exactly like mine? Now I think you need to go back to that thread and double check it actually really is exactly like mine. I assure you, I didn't decide to simply troll a website. I'm out for the truth just as much as you are. I'm not here to beat the bush or tell lies. What I see, I tell.

Has anyone seen that video I posted? Everytime I doubt what I saw (and think back to this thread DUM DUM TSS) I think back to those experiments done.

I look forward to getting this ability working again and recording it guys. Few days have passed by since that fateful day 5 years ago that I haven't thought about this stuff. I'd like it if someone else also tried this and tried recording it. FWIW, here is the article that made all the difference: (Yes I know, it's still up!)

(Can't post URL's yet, yayh nooby joy, google "Learn Telekinesis Training", then click the pen roll)

Also, while I do believe the brain is very powerful and can stimulate different receptors on it's own (Opioid receptors?) I think the hallucinating arguments is a tired old dog. Uhm, another story (yes I'm so full of them), that will illustrate my point. I have a very logical, rational friend that I mentioned earlier on, well, last week I was walking somewhere at night (school, to study) and I get a phone call, which is very exciting, text messages are the usual for me - and it's my buddy and he just kept on saying this

Him: "____oh my god, oh my god"
Me: Hey man what's up?
Him: (starts laughing hysterically)
Me: DUDE, what's up?
Him: Man, uhhhh, you're not going to believe this
(I'm smiling, this must be something REALLL GOOD!)
Me: What?
Him: I'm paralyzed-
(Me shocked)
Me: WHAT? LIKE, paralyzed neurologically? Are you calling from a car accident man!?
Him: No man, hahaha
Me: Then what?
Him: I'm uhhh, staring at a U F O right now
Me: Get the **** out of here
Him: Yeah, man! It's right above me! I'm in the middle of the street staring at it!
Me: Like where? (I was walking too so maybe I could see it somewhere up there too)
Him: It's on ________ road.
Me: DUDE RECORD THAT **** WHY ARE YOU CALLING ME?

True story. Stupid. He didn't record it because his phone was full and he thought people would question him because it would be all over the news later on. He said it went very fast zipping across the sky, disappeared behind some woods then rose up as two spheres.

My main point is that - I'm having a hard time believing that such a thing is a hallucination! He didn't even believe in this stuff! Hallucinations are VERY REAL, but you guys are passing too many things off as these!

These are my ramblings.

I trust what you meant to say was that you look forward to having more experiences which you previously interpreted as paranormal, so that you can record and investigate them carefully with a view to determining the real explanation - which might be, but is more likely not to be, paranormal.

Hallucination is one of the least likely explanations, but still nowhere near as unlikely as that what he saw was an alien spaceship.

Do you mean to say that the fact that people have hallucinations is true, or that hallucinations represent real occurrences?

People do have hallucinations, and probably much more commonly simply misinterpret what they see or hear.

But hallucinations occur only in the mind of the person experiencing them and do not represent any objective reality.
