Mossad agent arrested in Hamas assassination case

Really? Are you sure?

Yes.

I mean, lots of people in the US seemed to get awfully upset when we did it to the IRA in our own country. Or are there, like, two different sets of rules at work?

I don't remember this at all, maybe it is because I am too young. I couldn't care less though.

I am glad the Mossad is going around whacking terrorists. Too bad they got caught.

I have no problem with Mossad doing this, I do have a problem with the cowardly pieces of crap using copied passports from other countries. And also the useful idiot deniers who acted like spoiled children when this broke.

One would hope that the Mossad would have been smarter than to get caught...as they have been.

The issue isn't really killing terrorists. Its killing terrorists in foreign countries without that country's permission and using fake passports without permission.

Next time, Israel should try coordinating with other nations.

Any by the way, we HAVE TO condemn Israel. Otherwise, nations around the world will think its okay to go around wacking bad-guys with fake passports in foreign lands.

As for the OP, just waiting for an actual connection to mossad. If there is, then so be it.

Oh my, I bet you this would apply to Rambo as well if he had a forged passport. What a coward he would be.

Ok, forum right-wing extremists. When all is said and done, and it turns out that Israel did indeed kill this Hamas guy, will you at least have the courtesy to admit that the use of faked passports and committing an assassination on foreign soil without that country's permission, was an error on the part of Israel?

I dunno if you consider me a right wind extremest, but I think it was an error to allow themselves to be caught. I would be extremely surprised if the US government hasn't done exactly the same thing.

ETA:

LOL@parky: you know that quote from WildCat in your sig was sarcastic, right? If you can't tell from the context, then you just plain aren't very smart. If you could tell, the you are just dishonest.

I'm not that familiar with your posts, so I can't say if I consider you a right-wing extremist or not. But in any case, you did not answer the question I asked.

OK. I don't necessarily think that it was a mistake that they did what they did. Their mistake was getting caught.

Did you read my ETA in my previous post?

so you find nothing wrong with forging foreign passports..which are the property of each nation's Foreign Ministry?

you also find nothing wrong with committing assasinations on foreign land, without the cooperation or consent of the govt. involved?

interesting. I wonder how you would feel if a foreign govt. secretly went into Israel and kidnapped a former Israeli PM or Knesset member, using fake passports, in order to bring them to trial.

Not really.

I wouldn't care so long as he had actually committed crimes.

PS: I see you still have your dishonest sig even after being informed that he was being sarcastic.

Not really.

Interesting. Does such a policy go for just Israel or all other countries?

Is it ok for Iran to go into Italy, use fake passports, and assassinate a possible member of a Kurdish terrorist group, without Italy's consent?

Don't care.

also when your ID would be used?

If it caused me problems, of course I would be upset. Otherwise, the Mossad/CIA/MI6/whoever can use my ID to whack all the terrorists they want to.

Whatever you did/do to the IRA is fine by me -nothing but murdering primitives.....like every other terrorist group/gang.

The use of fake passports with REAL people's names on them is the only problem I have with it
