And they are off!

Striding into an early lead it is Cluesforum who wonder if the Lakers were replaced by crisis actors.

Coming up fast on the outside is Icke forum who are wondering if wind really exists.

Not to be left behind godlikeproductions is concerned about the number of prison reality shows.

Bringing up the rear but now making their move is infowars who want to know if it is a coincidence that fertilizer now explodes with Obama in the white house.

But Youtube commenter who wants to know if tablespoons are still the same size as when he was a kid makes a good showing.

Seriously? I have a 1981 National Geographic magazine in which someone mentions bombs being made with fertilizer and diesel oil in Northern Ireland.

Sorry, that was just some parody.

But, honestly, it is the kind of thing you expect from infowars.

Curiously, I was prepared to believe the rest, but the fertiliser one tipped me off that it was parody. The tablespoon idea is pure genius, by the way :)

Ok folks - I now think it is time for us to close this "Boston bombing" thread.

We have proved beyond reasonable doubt that it was yet another government-backed hoax - just like 9/11.

And there you have it. thread closed. Not one single shred of credible evidence presented other than "I have only one eye and have never taken a photograph or been outdoors in daylight". :eye-poppi

I am going to be quite charitable here, as I suspect that the Administrator was so embarrassed by the utter stupidity of it all that he closed it and also allowed the idiots posting on it to "save face" by calling it a flawless victory.

Or maybe I am wrong and the Admin. is a complete moron as well.

Cluesforum has never encountered an event they didn't think was fake.

excellent OP. I am still laughing. Now to find a stundie, provided work doesn't interfere.

I saw that thread yesterday and could hardly believe that anyone would post such nonsense. Apparently a few posters also simply do not see what ruckus or lux see.

From the minds of cluesforum i give you the dumbest thing ever said,

Why must they always have them with arms around each other? People don't really pose for photos that way.

That's right, people never touch each other while posing for pictures.:boggled:

I am thinking cluesforum has to be some students performance art project. the level of ignorance is just disheartening.

I'm not a follower of stundies or what requirements they need to meet, but I had to post this purely to show how disgustingly stupid some people, Tea Partiers of course, can be.

The New Hampshire state legislator who has said the federal government caused the Boston Marathon bombing claimed proof in a victim who lost both legs and "was not in pain."
State Rep. Stella Tremblay (R-Auburn) told a conservative talk show host Tuesday that she knows the federal government was behind the attacks because Jeff Bauman, a bombing victim who helped identify the suspects, was not "screaming in agony" after both his legs were blown off.

Perhaps that poster has never been touched by another person. It is feasible for that forum.

From the link:

What's weird is that I haven't found anyone online saying: "I was there. I finished around that time. I didn't hear an explosion or see smoke." I don't understand why not.

That could be because there was an explosion and smoke? Nah that's too weird.

As a Kings fan, I always get joy from seeing the Lakers humiliated.

It's OK everyone - panic over, the "awesome thread" (admin's words, not mine) is back and ready to fuel the stundie engine again.

And thank the Lord for that, because otherwise we wouldn't have this, from a poster stalking a runners' forum for evidence of double dealing and fakery:

What's weird is that I haven't found anyone online saying: "I was there. I finished around that time. I didn't hear an explosion or see smoke." I don't understand why not. There were over 27,000 runners.

I know, it's quite amazing how not one single person who was actually there says it didn't actually happen. Maybe there's a logical explanation for that - oh wait, he provides one:

Maybe it's because runners are pretty conservative people and don't want to post something controversial that implies it didn't happen. Or maybe I'm just not looking hard enough (I'm not looking that hard).

Yes..yes that's it...

Ahhhhh the scientific method.

Step 1: Form conclusion
Step 2: Assume the evidence for conclusion exists

I'm surprise he just hasn't jumped straight to the 'runners were in on it' line...

I saw that and though about a picture on my FB page, taken in 1982 , of me and two others on the weather station I was at. We are standing in a small boat with arms over each other's shoulders in that exact same fashion.

Sounds like lux doesn't have many friends or people who are comfortable touching him or being that close to him.
