This does not even remotely answer my question or even come near the fact that it is not contrary to any law to work more than 1500 hours per year.

It means that in Netherlands we have to increase an hour wage only on 10% to live in weekly symmetrical lifestyle with 1248 working hors a year; in Germany on 11% and ib France on 19%.
The tremd in every county - decreasing of average working hours a year every year.
