From what I have read over on LCF it seems that you admit to holding witnesses for compensation. Withholding evidence is illegal if it is true. Can you explain yourself please.

Mr. Rodriguez should have consulted with two people who were in the north tower's stairway B with him on 9/11, including his friend Dave Lim:

PAPD Sergeant David Lim: "So I attempted to get in through the Barkley Street ramp which is on Barkley (sic) and West Broadway, but I was being held back by the fire department, because 7 World Trade, which is above the ramp, was now fully engulfed." Source

FDNY Captain Jay Jonas:"We could hear fires crackling. We didn’t know it at the time, but No. 7 World Trade Center and No. 5 World Trade Center were immediately adjacent to us and they were roaring, they were on fire. Those were the sounds that we were hearing. ...At the same time, No. 5 World Trade Center, No. 6 World Trade Center and No. 7 World Trade Center were roaring. They were on fire. And they were right next to us. So we have all that smoke that we’re dealing with." Source

Dear Tam, I will do it since I respect you and you have been a gentleman before.
I found a posting from Dylan at the 9/11 blogger and Loose change forum were he blames me for the failure of LCFC not being on the theaters. He says that I leaked the story to NY Post and charlie Sheen was influenced by the negative publicity or something in that effect. It took me by surprise since he was in communication with me after the whole thing got clear 5 months ago. I was approach to be on the LC film and I said that since it was a Hollywood release and not a free video and they were talking abouot a budget, i did tell them that I will give them my story but to compensate my organization so I can contunie doing my outreach for the victims. to me helping the victims was and is a must and I've shown that. Also I tried to get them other people under the same idea and video footage from my archives. But of course they need it to pay for it. No science here. The first responders and all these vicitms have expenses and are constantly approached by wannabe documentary makers, and granted, some established ones but they never take in consideration their needs. It seems like they are doing them a favor.

My dear promoter, no need to explain myself and I have spoken to David Lim, you forget I met with him various times after 9/11, now none of your links works. Was this before he was inside the building or after he was pulled from the rubble?

1. So this seems to have started, from your perspective, with a blame game maneuver from Dylan. I have not read the thread over at LCF (too much bickering, too little time), but can anyone post Dylan's take on this, or does anyone recall his comments on this.

2. Did you go to the NY POST? Did you tell Dylan you were going to them, and what you were going to say, given the comments were concerning his movie, which was yet to be released?

3. When you agreed to be in the film for a fee...for your organization, was this agreed upon? Were you to be paid, whether your footage (interview etc) made it in the movie or not? Did you do any interview/footage for them?

4. Did you refuse to provide the names of the witnesses for interviews unless Dylan etal agreed to pay, or did you just refuse to help them "get" the interviews with witnesses?

It's times like this that I almost wish the twoofers would get their "new, unbiased, impartial investigation" (provided they pay for it). It would be a joy to watch.

If Willy Rod can't explain the problems with his new story on a message board then what hope does he have in front of an investigative panel?

The same questions Gravy brings up in his paper will be asked by any honest investigative team as well. What would be Willy's game plan? Ignore them?

Yeah, it really shouldn't be a problem. There are so many of them, if they pooled their lunch money, they might actually be able to pay for a three-ring binder and everything, so it looks professional!

Absolutely not. I challenge them to check with the Post giving permission if it was real for them to expose me. I never heard from those writers before.

It was talked about that a fund should be placed for them. My interview, will be considered with all the footage. I did interview with them in California but did not sign any release agreement, holding the option open to the talks.

I did not to give names until I cleared with the victims first to know if that was ok for them
