What is there about the foundations of just about all religions that these foundations can't withstand questions about their validity, and these religions find it necessary to kill any questioners?
Murdering social workers who have volunteered to try to improve the lot of the general population is common-place in the embattled sections of the world where Islam holds the power.
Why does this happen?
How can it be rationalized in a manner that makes sense?
Why do the practitioners find it necessary to terminate lives, when if the tenets of the creed are real, Big Sky Daddy "will know His own", and send the proper miscreants to perdition?
He's in a much better position to know fact from fantasy, after all.

The most interesting aspect of this report as it relates to 9/11? Not that it corroborates KSM's confessions on 9/11, rather it is the fact that it was privately conducted, privately funded, comprehensive and critical of the United States. It would seem to be the perfect blueprint for the Truthers.

im sure everyone remembers that article in the asia times that states that saeed sheikh sent 100,000 to Atta at the leader of the ISI's (Lieutenant General Mahmud Ahmed) request.

How do we know the film is genuine and Pearl is not somewhere on the beach in Israel with a new identity?

Prove him guilty by normal investigative processes.
That applies to all the persons detained as a result of 9/11.

I would like to see a trial of KSM. A military tribunal on a base near the Pentagon would be fine with me. Maybe in nine more years you will finally realize there will be no trial for the crimes of 9/11.

Apparently confessions after torture is enough evidence for you.

KSM isnt American. He doesnt give a **** about American procedure and law. He dictated the rules of jihad and extremist views. He lives by them. He doesnt want to hide behind the American flag and it's rules. He is happy to confess.....during and after his little wash. He thinks he will be a martyre with 40 virgins. Cookies, milk and good cop/bad cop doesnt interet him. He confessed. Get over it.

He confessed at various stages. He confessed before being caught. He bragged and confessed when caught. He gagged his confession during torture. He confessed whilst getting dry. Then his crime, if any, committed outside the jurisdiction of the United States, is subject to investigation in the relevant location.
Kidnapping him (itself illegal) to get him to where he is within the control of the United States places the 5th Amendment restriction on any activity by agents of the United States.
Tough titty, but we are supposed to be, and expected to be, a nation of laws.

His crime was committed in NY. He murdered Danial abroad. He deserves all he gets from whoever has him. Perhaps your 5th Amendment didnt apply to terrorists from overseas?

the vid i saw of the beheading was very grainy and i didnt see any "vein" in the killers hand. his arms were not that "hairy" either. check out ksm left arm from one of his gitmo pics. ksm is VERY hairy!!

I watched that video years ago and I know why the time stamp was removed. If it had taken that long for me to behead someone I'd do it, too, Kids, you don't cut THROUGH bone, but BETWEEN bones. Through is for swords and axes, and an online execution shouldn't allow the infidel to bleed out 45 minutes before you are done. It's anti-climactic.

One of the extras of being a technical advisor for a crime writer is that you need to know, learn, or figure out these things. Better, without DOING any of it yourself. I mean, do you know how hard it is to get that much blood out of your whites?

I have a wife and daughters who still have periods for whom I sometimes do laundry and I know how hard it is. :eek:
