No, he's saying that he can modulate the volume of a specific sound. A decibel meter will very easily and accurately allow us to see whether there is any change in sound volume.

They said the smallest particle of energy is the photon. The smallest particle of matter is the string. Really the string is only many photons tightly packed. When fusion or fission happens some of this is released proving the energy is not matter but extremely packed. Strings are pure energy with the only reason they could ever compact so well if calculated would be black holes being the basis of energy itself.

Wow. So given that audible sound originates in mechanical movement of (say) a guitar string or the cone of an oscillator's speaker, such a claim is tantamount to telekinesis.

Yes, but very specifically telekinesis which can only affect sounds of 14,000Hz.
 
Thought of a way to balance the equation

lowest achievable average temperature K * C * The inverse ratio of the difference between the altitude and lowest temperature oscillation = absolute speed

still needs a bit of work but that should give the equation measurements as follows

K * m/s * 1/K = m/s
