My (far-out) conspiracy theory is that the western air strike on purpose targeted some civilians and then the western leaders made sure the Arab League learned about those atrocities so that they were forced to condemn the no-fly zone implementation.

Well, if you actualy read the UN Resolution it "authorises member states to take all necessary means" to protect civilians. This gives wide latitude for operations, for example, against ground units attacking Libyan towns. it specifically excludes any "foreign occupation force" so you don't get your invasion.

I'm quite sure the Arab League leaders have read the UN Resolution they were in favor of. Something made them react about how the no-fly zone was implemented, and that's why I came up with a conspiracy theory.

The U.S. will likely withdraw much of their forces from Libya and let France and other nations deal with the situation. The next step could be to fuel an uprising in Saudi Arabia and then send in U.S. + allies military forces into that country.

Of course, Obama will not use words like 'attack' or 'invade' Saudi Arabia. Instead he will say that America wants to support its ally Saudi Arabia and help stabilize the political situation there by sending in an international peace-keeping force in accordance with UN resolution this or that.
