I was railroaded into Christianity at a young age. However, I was able to reject Christianity without ever feeling that my life was in danger. The evil Christianity does is mostly psychological.

How many Muslim apostates can say the same? If it is actually risky to life and limb for a Muslim to reject Islam, then Islam is indeed more evil than any other religion I know of. Somewhat akin to being a member of the Mafia who knows too much.

That probably has more to do with the country you live in than the religion you followed. As Jamal-al-Din al-Afghani lamented way back in the 19th century, Christian nations benefited from an Enlightenment movement that Muslim nations have not experienced.

There is a common myth that Jihad in the Quran means inner struggle. It is not true. It is not just an "intpretation" to choose. In Arabic, "jihad" means struggle. In Islam, it means holy war. The Quran specifically exempts the disabled and elderly from Jihad (4:95), which would make no sense if the word is being used merely within the context of spiritual struggle.

• Unnatural powers (walking on water).
• Casts curses on living things (fig tree).
• Encouraged drunkenness (turning water into wine)
• Physically assaulted people who were going about the business of worshiping God as God instructed. (Attacking the money-changers and sellers of livestock with a homemade whip. How can you sacrifice a sanctified animal as God instructed if you can't buy one? How can you buy one with holy coin if there are no money-changers to exchange your Roman currency with?)
• Pointlessly allowed demons to destroy a herd of pigs (Matthew 8:28-34, the demons asked him to let them have the pig if he cast them out of the people.)
• Instructed his followers to buy swords, even if they had to sell their clothes to get the money. (Luke 22:35-38)
• Says straight-out "Do not think that I came to bring peace on Earth; I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. I'm sure that if someone really wanted to, they could put forward a convincing case for Jesus being evil.
