Why can people just walk right in? I certainly can't just stroll into NORAD. Speculation with Speculation =] Military action and movements are always watched, in country and out. what would it look like if HAARP was heavily guarded and no public tours of a mobile phone field? *cough* i mean some new technology communicate field.
