In another thread, I nicely asked rorylee to make his posts in understandable English. That last one is really, really hard to understand. Why not use the "preview" button, speak the post out loud, see if it makes sense, and then post it?

Would that make any difference?

That is a question you should be asking channel 10 or 9 or 7 or whoever put it on the TV.

We should ask a television channel whether they expect you to Google earthquake statistics? I really can't see what that would achieve.

I'm really, really afraid that's how he actually talks.

Or maybe he thinks that tv news is far more reliable than any of those seismological websites that google could lead him to.

Would you buy cloths for your newborn?

No, I don't expect newborns to help with the cleaning.

Heh, shows how much you know about infants. Pin a couple soft cloths around an infant, and you can polish the family silver on its belly. What sort of lazy newborns do you have at your house anyway?

The two year old sister of my goddaughter will happily mop up any drink she spills. And if there isn't anything to mop up, then she'll tip cups over until there is.

Why? You are the one claiming it's significant. And citing television news as evidence? News on TV is designed for entertainment and ratings, not to be accurate.
It's ridiculous to hand wave away statistics and reality by saying "Well TV said this and I believe it so don't ask me, ask them!" It's nonsense and presents no evidence at all.

No point to necrobump an old thread. Especially since the particular person in question is banned.
