Germany had the atomic bomb first

Mea culpa, guys.

For what it's worth, I understand your skepticism. Groves was a paranoid man (understandable considering the circumstances) but Laurence was a propagandist's dream. He loved the prospect of atomic energy so much I'm sure he would have made sweet sweet love to the Manhatten Project if it had been possible. That's why Groves hired him and failed to "pass a brick".

If you are interested I recommend the book "Uranium" by Tom Zoellner.

Hitler lost the bomb? Did his dog eat it?
He moved it to Syria, stupid:D!

Seriously, MagZ was asked about this and replied:

As is said earlier in this thread Hitler inferred he had such a weapon to his troops when he made the statement: "God forgive me for the last five minutes of the war."

So Hitler didn't use the bomb because Hitler inferred he had such a weapon to his troops. Obviously. Stupid me. Like the way I didn't ask this hot girl out because at 59.6 × 106 S/m copper has the second highest electrical conductivity of any element, just after silver. [...] For instance, at a current density of 5x106 A/m2 (typically, the maximum current density present in household wiring and grid distribution) the drift velocity is just a little over ⅓ mm/s.[26] Whoever accuse me of a non-sequitir are sheeple.

Purple pi Tuesday Fusebox is proof that Hitler had the bomb.

:D

He was too busy trying to humanely relocate European Jews despite constant bombing raids from the Allies.

Ah, I see that you have bought into the lies of the Allies, the Jews, and their assorted minions.

The undeniable truth is that World War II never actually happened, and Hitler never even existed. The entire story was cooked up by the US and Soviets in order to provide a convenient explanation for their cold war. It's the only rational explanation, and you are all dupes. Dupes, I tell you!

How frightening. Having reread it, I worried that someone might think I was serious. Hence the Poe tags.

I suspect that, if it is true, their misgivings were colored by the realization they would soon be on trial for what they had done. And they all managed to duck out of trying the "Yeah, we killed a lot of people, but we didn't use The Bomb," gambit in court, which even they must've realized wouldn't have worked with anybody but some of our guests here.

I know this a unrelated but neither the axis or allies used poison gas. Neither brought it up after the war and "see I'm a good guy".

Well, not on the battlefield, no. However, there was that Zyklon B stuff that MagZ probably won't discuss either.

He'll probably claim that it was used to disinfect the toilets at the holiday camps that the Nazis set up.
