For goodness sake, most nations (including yours and mine) ignore international law when it is against their national interest.

Do you include the countless resolutions passed by the UN for the elimination of Israel in “international law”? If not, why not?

That is a lie. No UN resolutions call for destroying Israel.

In effect they do. The GA passes multiple resolutions each year demanding sanctions against Israel, elimination of their nuclear weapons, withdrawal from occupied territory like the Golan Heights etc etc. there are literally hundreds of them. Have a look:

So there are no resolutions calling for Israel to be destroyed. You just made it up.
 
Hercules56, the underlying concept of anti-Israel Resolutions in Turtle Bay is to bring about the conditions which would lead to the dissolution of the Jewish State of Israel. For example, the inundation of Arab refugees "returning" (11-million of 'em at last spurious count) and overwhelming the Jews. You are in favor of it, apparently.

Beyond the halls of the UN, we also see BDS making the claim that they seek ALL ARAB LANDS to be repatriated and liberated from Jewish hegemony.
That, by definition, seeks the elimination of the Jewish State.

So, yeah, in effect, there are many efforts seeking that goal of Israel's destruction.
I'm not sure what you believe the results of Arab-led pressures against Israel are designed to accomplish?
To make Israel stronger and thriving more? (Boycott does that?) To perpetuate investments and increase financial gains? (Divestment accomplishes that?) To increase the trade and expand markets for the Jews? (Sanctions will lead to that?)

Anyway, that's my take, you can argue against it if you wish, it's not important at this juncture.
