Gaze into my eyes, JREF!

Our local skeptics group recently went to see Braco when he came to Colorado.

The hall, in a suburban hotel conference center was packed--standing room only. We went to the last "gazing" of the day, and at least half the people there had attended the previous gazing, went to the back of the line, and went straight back in. People said that they had travelled from all around Colorado and neighboring states to be there. Indeed, when I was chatting to a lady selling books, she seemed mildly surprised that I was a local, from which I gathered that a large number of people travelled a great distance to get there.

Entering the hall, a woman was singing new age music. We got a lecture about how great Braco was (this lasted interminably long). Braco then came out, and stared at us. I was more interested in the reactions of the people around me. I saw people: crying, trembling, blissed out, having to sit down from being overwhelmed, and more. Then after what seemed an hour, Braco left, and they gave us a special treat--9 minutes of a recording of Braco talking about himself in Croatian. Voice only. This apparently was supposed to have the same effect as the gazing.

Then we had the testimonials. Braco had cured disease. He had renunited estranged families. One lady even said that Braco's powers had repaired her broken automobile.

Afterwards we went for drinks and arrived at a new toast--Braco! It is pronounced Bratz-oh. Hopefully we can all scream Braco when we drink at TAM 9.

He is Croatian? Good grief. I'll look him up (I'm Croatian myself).

He came...He stared...He healed....snigger snigger snigger..Ho Boy !:D

:pedant veni... vidi... medici...

BTW, I love that I had to have my post edited for profanity.

I'm sorry. :( It's a condition I have...it's like a cousin of Tourette's. Anyway I forgive you for making me self-conscious of my social impairment.

There's some guy in... Croatia or some ******* place, I think... Braco... fix that right the **** up. I know because I used to have that exact same ******* problem, until I went to "see" him, that is; I swear (not anymore, tho'), all that ****** did was gaze into my baby blue ******* eyes for a few ******* seconds, (******* minute at the most), and I was totally ******* cured: no more ******* Tourette's! ****. ************ Braco's the real ******* deal, that's for ******* sure.

Wow. This is the dumbest **** I've seen since Masaru Emoto.

In this video, people claim to have been cured from brain tumors, cancer, etc.

I understand from one of the videos that he doesn't talk much about what he is doing or write books. It is a good strategy as it means he and his powers can be almost anything to anyone. People of various flavours of faith ideas would find it hard to find a point of disagreement.

Good point. A religion based exclusively on some dude's big soft brown eyes won't have a lot of splitters (unless there's a schism over which eye is holier, which blessed brow more bushy, I guess). :wink8:

Just looking at his picture healed my broken fingernail...thanks, Braco! I toast to your health!

So how fast would a "Glaze into my eyes, JREF" parody thread get AAHed?

Oh my god. His gaze just gave my car an oil change. I'll be darned. It was a bitch lugging my computer screen out to the parking lot. But it was worth it.

My last dog (may she rest in peace) would look at me just like that, usually after she'd done something bad.....

I've healed many a woman's butt via this method. (Not sure any of them were actually ailing per se, but one can never be too sure about such things, so I am always careful to impart my gift freely.)
