Merged Due process in the US

Excellent. He's finally getting due process as is his right under Articles 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, to which the United States is a co-author and signatory.

The DOJ is highly motivated to find any excuse why they violated a Court order - until there are consequences for the people who illegaly deported him, no trial against him will be fair and just.
The Trump DOJ is going after some people and ignoring many others for political reasons, not because the case against them is strong.
The many Ls it as taken are proof of that.

the "human trafficking" in question is in relation to him being stopped once by a patrol officer while transporting workers from one constructions site to another - within the US. That was a long time ago and he was never charged with anything.
Herc has no idea what he is talking about.

So, apparently the max sentence if he is convicted is 10 years in U.S. prison. Given that he basically had a life (if not death) sentence in El Salvador he has already scored a victory. Of course, if he is convicted they will try to deport him, but by that time Trump will probably be in prison..
Given that the government has held a press conference to announce his guilt, might he be able to argue that he can't have a fair trial?

Not according to the indictment.

"The indictment alleged that Abrego Garcia made more than 100 trips transporting undocumented immigrants between Texas and Maryland, among other states.
According to Attorney General Pam Bondi, citing co-conspirators' testimony, Abrego Garcia also allegedly abused undocumented immigrant women and solicited nude photographs and videos from a minor."

Did the USA have to send in a special forces unit to extricate him? Only asking because we were told they had no legal way of bringing him back.

Sounds like any bus company is the USA may be in trouble. Will they just go after the drivers, or will they go after the CEOs etc of these companies that are engaging in transporting undocumented immigrants?

Did the bus company and drivers KNOW they were transporting illegal aliens?
