No one is questioning that. There was also PC that Trump is a rapist. But even he deserves his day in court. We have a process for many reasons.

If a reference escapes you Google might be of help.Trafficking illegal migrants is not a big deal for you?
I'm saying it doesn't matter who it is. Or what they have been accused of. As a nation we need our justice system to be something that can be trusted. No one is questioning that.
YesEven if he's guilty of human trafficking??
I knew this guy was bad news.
Given that the government has held a press conference to announce his guilt, might he be able to argue that he can't have a fair trial? So, apparently the max sentence if he is convicted is 10 years in U.S. prison. Given that he basically had a life (if not death) sentence in El Salvador he has already scored a victory. Of course, if he is convicted they will try to deport him, but by that time Trump will probably be in prison..
From the linked story:So detained by the Biden administration.
From 2008 to 2011, Watson spent 1,273 days — he counted them — in detention.
From the linked story:
Rent free.the Biden administration.
Trump hasn't been in office three years. Whatever the dates, they're not Trump's dates.
That went out the window, starting with Trump. What happened to "innocent until proven guilty"?
Not according to the indictment.the "human trafficking" in question is in relation to him being stopped once by a patrol officer while transporting workers from one constructions site to another - within the US. That was a long time ago and he was never charged with anything.
Herc has no idea what he is talking about.
Sounds like any bus company is the USA may be in trouble. Will they just go after the drivers, or will they go after the CEOs etc of these companies that are engaging in transporting undocumented immigrants? Not according to the indictment.
"The indictment alleged that Abrego Garcia made more than 100 trips transporting undocumented immigrants between Texas and Maryland, among other states.
According to Attorney General Pam Bondi, citing co-conspirators' testimony, Abrego Garcia also allegedly abused undocumented immigrant women and solicited nude photographs and videos from a minor."
Well, they illegally trafficked him to a Salvadorean prison so if he's found guilty of the same crime maybe we should call it even.Even if he's guilty of human trafficking??
Did the bus company and drivers KNOW they were transporting illegal aliens?Sounds like any bus company is the USA may be in trouble. Will they just go after the drivers, or will they go after the CEOs etc of these companies that are engaging in transporting undocumented immigrants?
