Cooking?

Anyway, as it look quite logical to me that not matured & not fully cooked/processed foods should put additional burden on body system ro properly digest it--so need to be checked.

And I've asked you several times how you've checked this assumption of yours. I can only imagine that the reason you've repeatedly refused to answer is that you haven't checked it.

If you don't feel that it is valid then just forget.

How would I know? Perhaps it is valid. Whether I believe it's valid or not depends on what the data will say. What you need to do is test your assumptions.

...Let us take, Bread, Chapati vs. puree i.e. fried weat Chapati.

...I am able to better tolerate fried chapati then baked one.

I'm surprised you eat fried chapatis at all, Kumar.
Seriously, with the many times you've discussed the benefits of natural food, why would you prepare fried chapaties?

I think I should had included processing also alart from cooking.

Thanks for your contributions.

Why not work on improving your cooking, if you have problems digesting improperly cooked foods?
How much ghee do you consume?
I find ghee is very heavy for my digestion, myself.

What kind of chutneys do you prepare?
That might also contribute to the bad digestion, don't you think?

Beacuse we need to manipulate unnatural foods to us by cooking etc.

I feel foods natural to us which our body can properly process--pre-informed should be the best.

So as cereals or a lot of starchy foods require cooking to be edible (and preprocessing), would be unnatural in the diets

So lots of raw fish and meats then?

Kumar, why even bother with frying or baking?
What justifies the energy cost, the time and effort to prepare unnatural foods?
Especially taking into account they disagree with you.

Natural can also indicate--in natural form i.e. in a form as it is available in nature eg. fruits.

Sorry, Kumar, but I haven't the slightest idea what you're trying to say here.

How does Nature justify eating fried chapatis or puris?

Probanly, Nature may had origionally suggested to eat fruits & take mother milk for "live & let live", but we added all others foods, may be due to excess triggered might is right or to land into survival of fittest. Now we have to see, in what best way we can take it--by cooking, by processing or by keep[ing much gap in between two eating so that body can process it properly. I do not know, if fried chapati is better cooked then baked chapaties and cecome better digestable.

What does 'might is right' have to do with fried chapaties?
Or 'survival of fittest'?

What obliges you to eat fried chapaties?

In any case, you're back-pedaling here about not knowing if fried chapaties are better digested than baked:
"...I am able to better tolerate fried chapati then baked one. "

As in the case of dafydd, chapatis and puris and parathas agree with me.
Especially alu parathas.

I make my parathas with nasty unnatural boiled, mashed and spiced potatoes. It's a miracle that I'm still alive.
