Sorry that I am here extremely skeptical here and that I do not consider it a historical event because the test was done by Andrea Rossi along with his partner HEAT:

So Andrea Rossi probably lies abut a trial controlled by "major independent third party certification institute". Why is this not a surprise !
It is possible that the reporter meant that this "plant" was run by Rossi and Industrial Heat while being audited by this institute. That allows room for plenty of cheating as we suspect happened in previous "trials".
What I did suspicious is

• The usual fantasy about fusion.
• The institute is not named.
• Just a drawing of this hypothetical plant!

I believe this is the start of another cycle of activity intended to milk the scam once more. How much longer he can get away with this remains to be seen. He appears to be a genius in his chosen vocation as the Prince of scammers.

It's not fair, after all Rossi spent only 7 years raving about his ... well let's say "prototype", as opposed to, for instance, the 5 years proof of immortality going on in the religion subforum that doesn't even need a fake mock-up to demonstrate the same ... void.
In July 6th the lawsuit against Industrial Heat has been dismissed, I guess he's shopping around for the next sucker.
