One wonders if you ever read any of this stuff before getting so excited about it. The issues that seem to be going to come from this report according to those that have seen it and are mentioned in the article, have nothing to do with the investigations itself, but rather how information on those investigations were disseminated to the public.
In Comey's case that was in announcing that charges would not be filed over the E-mails, something that was supposed to be done by the Attorney General, and then later going against the DoJ recommendations not to publicly announce the finding of the emails on the laptop.
In MacCabe's case it was the leaking of a conversation between the DoJ and himself were the DoJ recommended that the the investigation into the Clinton Foundation be dropped due to lack of evidence, and he refused and continued the investigation anyways, and that he then went on to lie about not knowing who had authorized the leaking.
The funny thing is that if any side should be angry about what this report is going to show, it's the Democrats, because currently what appears to have been uncovered is that is that throughout all three incidents, the way the message was given to the public, it was done as if to say that Hillary had done something wrong, but that they were yet to prove it or just couldn't prosecute. These announcements feed directly into Trump's claims, and each of the announcements dropped her position in the polls, the last one likely being significant enough that it may have cost her the election.
I'm not really quite sure why you seem to be so primed for a report that will most likely end up saying that "Comey and the FBI were unfair to Hillary in the way they made their announcements about the investigations."
